"Careful on the glass" I say and look at El as she puts the things on the shelf and I sweep up the glass "When can we go..?" El asks "I don't know soon I hope hey look I miss them too but we have to be strong he just wants to protect you and I understand what happened last night he stepped over the line but he just wants to keep us safe" I say "I wanna see mike" she says beginning to cry and I hug her tightly "shh it's okay" I tell her and she moves back to the shelf and I move the sofa but there's a loose plank and I find boxes under the house 'HAWKINS LAB' it read I picked it up and we emptied it out . "Ives terry" she reads "Ha looks like you " I say and keep reading the pages but stop and look back "Oh shit that is you" I say looking at the baby in the picture "El that's you !" I say and she looks speechless "Your Jane Ives the child who went missing at birth after being taken away from her mum/Mom Oh my god El" I say and put my hands on my head "YOUR MOM/MUMS OUT THERE ALIVE !" I shout and she smiles and lets a tear drop
"I wanna look" she says and I nod and she covers her eyes with a price of black cloth "El what do you see El !" I shout as she begins to cry "mama" she says sad "okay El get out of there !" I say as she begins to sob and I take the banded off her head "I want to find mama" she says "Come here" I say and I get one of my back packs and give it too her "get some clothes and put them in there" I say and then run to the kitchen to get egos and sandwiches from the fridge . When I get to her her bags packed and I stuff them in the front pocket and get a 19£/$ out the jar under my bed "take this if your gonna need it don't spend it on egos be responsible" I say "remember this number" I say and write it down then give it to her "that's my number not hoppers mine I will always answer okay you find your mom/mum and I will be here when you get back" I say and she hugs me "why are you doing this Hopper will be angry" she says "let him I'll clean the mess hurry go go" I say and I give her the news papers "find her house number" I say and she nods "Don't die" I say and kiss her head as she sets off "Shit what did I do" I cover my mouth .
I wait for hours but Dad doesn't come home and I get worried do I call Joyce no she thinks I'm dead yeah but dad could be dying oh my god what if he's dying right now and I'm not doing anything "Oh my god I'm so stupid" I say and begin to run to Joyce's house which wasn't far . I hear a familiar voice and see dustin screaming in the car so I stop it with my powers and walk up to the window "oh my god YOUR DEAD ITS A GHOST" he screams "IM NOT A GHOST" I shout "what happened ?!" He asks "who's this ?" The boy driving said "this is the girl with super powers get in the car" dustin said and Steve opens the back door from the drivers seat "what happened I thought this chick was dead"he says "it's a long story actually so I didn't die I was in the woods with el and hopper took us in I'm actually hoppers kid and el snook about the other night screams used her powers and trashed the place then I was cleaning with her we found boxes from Hawkins lab she's looking for her mum/mom and now dad won't come home and I think he's dead" I ramble on and they look bit star struck . "I'm Steve by the way heard a lot about you" he says to me "I'm Sidney" I say
