chapter 1

hi ok so its my first time writing a fanfic and i hope you like it. im kinda new to the whole thing so im really confused but i'll figure it out

"Jeremy im so nervous" I said, its out first time playing in front of a lot of people, yes we have played in front of people before but that was really only our friends  mainly Amelia and Alex who come to every rehearsal.

"Everything will be alright Rose, don't worry" Jeremy reasurred me. 

*FLASHBACK*

*1 year ago*

I was walking to my dorm from the last class of the day and I was singing (like normal) when I felt a tap on the shoulder 

I turn around to find a dark haired boy staring at me, "Hi can I help you" I asked, "Hi im Jeremy were you singing just then?" I was confused I didn't really know how to respond I know its a simple yes or know question but what if I said yes and he said I was terrible-but I couldn't be that bad other wise I wouldn't have gotten into this school-"Yer I was?" I questioned "Your really good, me and a few mates were thinking of making up a band but none of us really good singers so I was wondering..." he trailed off, I kinda caught on to what he was going to ask me so I just answered "Sure thing i've always wanted to be in a band" he just smiled and gave me his number

*FLASHBACK END*

"Everybody quite down" shouted our principle, we were having one of our monthly assembly's which were always boring but this one was going to be different, I could just tell. 1. Me and the boys were playing and my teacher said we were having some guest speakers, but there usually pretty boring.

Sitting in front looking out to the big crowd of people was strange, I knew there were a lot of people at the school but it looks like so much more now. Out of the corner of my eye I could see my two best friends waving there arms like complete idiots at me-their so embarrassing- luckily there at the back of the room were only our year level can see them which isn't as bad cause they all know how weird we are.

After a lot of boring information that no one was really paying attention to the principle finally started finishing up what he was saying which only meant one thing, the guest speakers  I was kinda interested to see who it was but then I couldn't stop thinking for what ifs... like what if I stuff up the lyrics, what if my voice sounds terrible and I embarrass myself in front of the whole school.

I hadn't heard what was going on but when I heard gasps and screams and cheering I was snapped out of my haze.

I looked in the direction of the door, and then I saw them.

i would like to thank my friend ah9814123 (who the character amelia is based on) for pushing me (kinda) to do this and checking everything cause i can't spell very well so if she hadn't helped it would probs look crap cause of the spelling mistakes
