louis and harry fluff

inspired by me feeling cold these past 2 days lol, too bad i don't have a louis in my life </3

"harold, you're freezing!" louis gasped when he touched harry's ice cold hand.

"yeah." harry shyly agreed.

"that just won't do." louis said with a shake of his head. "we need to fix this right away!"

he enveloped his own warm hands around harry's ice cold hands and brought their hands up to his face.

"what are you doing?" harry asked curiously, smiling softly.

"warming you up my love." louis stated, meeting harry's gaze for a moment and returning the soft smile.

"oh." harry whispered, at a loss for words, like he always was when louis was sweet and soft like this.

louis inhaled for a few seconds before exhaling slowly.

harry shivered when louis' warm breath touched his skin, his teeth chattering while he watched louis.

louis repeatedly inhaled and exhaled onto harry's hands for a few minutes, rubbing their hands together every once in awhile.

the winter wind continued to hit their bodies, but warmth was all they felt.

slowly but surely harry started to warm up, but he continued to shiver.

louis didn't like that harry was shivering, so he decided to put an end to it.

he let go of harry's hands and instead pulled the boy into a hug.

harry whimpered, louis' kindness overwhelming him.

"shh, it's okay, i've got you my love. i'll take care of you." louis assured, his voice soft and soothing.

the blue eyed boy rubbed harry's back with one hand and guided harry's head into the crook of his neck with his other hand.

then he kissed the side of harry's head and softly scratched the green eyed boy's scalp.

harry shivered, cuddling deeper into louis' embrace, feeling so loved.

they stayed wrapped up in each others arms for a long time, neither one of them wanting to be the first to let go.

eventually, after a long time, when he could finally feel the heat radiating off of harry, louis pulled away from the embrace.

he gave harry the sweetest and softest smile, which made harry's cheeks flush.

"there you go my love, you're all warm now." louis whispered.

"thank you boo." harry whispered, feeling so grateful to have louis in his life.

"let's get you home now, hmm? we can cuddle on the sofa and watch films and eat snacks." louis suggested, wiggling his eyebrows goofily.

harry giggled, nodding his head in agreement. "yes please, i'd love that."

the two of them intertwined their fingers together and walked down the footpath, little to no space separating them.

harry made louis giggle a lot by telling silly jokes.

and louis made harry giggle a lot by being sassy and pulling funny faces.

without knowing it, they warmed each others hearts.
