Chapter 11: 3 Minutes

I kinda stood there, and I kind of stared at Zaire right in to his eyes. As I could tell that he was in fact quite a bit shocked as to just what it was that all of us were telling him right now. Not due to the fact that it was that Peter was sick, but it was more just due to the fact that it was.
That we were here not to ask one of his friends to play, as it was far too late for that at this point. As I knew that none of his friends took basketball at this school serious what so ever. And it was too late to try to get one of his friends to play for us today any ways, never the less, at that.
But there was one person that was with him, and there was in fact one person that did in fact support him enough, all at the exact same time too. As that was of course, his girl friend, who I could see was completely fine, and completely calm right now. She seemed to have been doing fine, as to the fact as to just what it was that we had told her that we needed her for.
But Zaire, he just seemed to be just the opposite of that. As it was clear that he was not on board with just what it was that we were asking of him. Which I could not blame him for, as his girl friend was about the same height as me, since it was that I had in fact been growing quite a bit.
But she also, not only that, never the less, once again. She was also kind of a girl, all at the exact same time too, as I knew that she was only 16... And some of the dudes she was about to be up against. Were of course going to be some of them being men, all at the exact same time as well.
So yes, it did in fact make sense to me as to just why it was that Zaire was in fact quite a bit worried. As I knew that she would not match up all too well against them. And I also knew that they could hurt her, and also take advantage of her whilst it was that they were in fact on the court with her, all at the exact same time too.
As it was that we had in fact just seemed to stand there and stare in to the locker room for just quite a bit more of some time. That was when I just then in the end, all at the exact same time as well. I then did in fact just suddenly start to nod on over towards him, at that.
As it was that it was clear that he was in fact about to go on ahead and speak back to all of us. As I went on ahead and let him know, all at the exact same time as well. That I was in fact paying my full attention on to just what ever it was that he did in fact feel like he even needed to say back on over towards the rest of us, all at the exact same time too, at that.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to stand there, and I had in fact just seemed to stare for just a little bit more time, all at once. That was when I just then did in fact begin to start to continue to hear the voice of Zaire, as it was that he continued to speak. As I of course, did in fact just seem to start to continue to listen as to just what ever it was that he did in fact feel like he even needed to say in the very first place any ways, once again.
"Are you guys crazy! You're asking me to let my girl friend play in a game full of dudes?! Why did you not ask me sooner?" He asked us, all at the exact same time too, as I kind of just rolled my eyes quite a bit to my self, just as soon as it was that he had in fact just said as to just what it was that he had even said to us, at that.
I kind of just seemed to let out quite a bit of a soft sigh to my self, just as soon as it was that I had in fact realized as to just what it was that he had said. As I kind of felt like he had a bit of a fair point on just what it was that he had even said. Except for the point that he really did not have a fair point on what it was that he had even said what so ever, at that.
As I knew that it was that he was a Junior, and that the rest of us were all Freshman, or we were all Sophomores, as I knew that none of us had any classes with him, what so ever. As that just kind of ruled all of just what it was that he had said. As it was now all out of question, all at the exact same time too, all at once.
Though, it was clear that Zaire was not really thinking all too deep on to just what it was that he had even said, all at the exact same time too. As it was clear that he was only trying to protect his girl friend, all at the exact same time too, all at once. As I just then did in fact just seem to start to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time as well, all at once.
And I was just about to go right on ahead and speak back to him all of the sudden, all at once Until it was that I just then did in fact begin to start to hear, and I began to start to notice that it was that one of my other team mates did in fact just seem to start to do as such a thing them selves, all at once. As I just then did in fact turn my head on over to see as to just who it was that was in fact doing as such a thing like that right now.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to have done as such a thing like that all of the sudden. I saw that it was in fact clearly Austin, all at the exact same time too. As he was the one that had the sick brother of course, which was the reason as to just why it was that we were even in this situation in the very first place any ways.
I was not all too sure as to just why it was that Austin did in fact just so happen to seem to have a little bit of a guilty look on his face right now. As I knew that he did not have control, and he did not really have a choice on just what it was that had even happened, all at the exact same time too. As I kind of just tilted my head a little bit to my self, all at once. As I just kind of seemed to start to get my mind, and my focus off of all of the rest of that other stuff once again.
I just then in the end, did in fact just seem to keep my self as calm, and as normal as I felt like I possibly could in the mean time, all at once. As I of course did in fact just seem to start to continue to hear Austin go on ahead and speak, all at once. As I of course, did in fact just seem to start to begin to listen as to just what ever it was that he did in fact feel like he even needed to say on over to Zaire in the very first place any ways, all at once.
"Well... None of us have any classes with you, and I didn't find out til this morning... Maybe you should give us your number, and maybe we should start to a group chat for the team, so that some thing like this doesn't happen again... But for the mean time..." Austin began to start to say, all at the exact same time too, as I just then did in fact just seem to start to see that he just now did in fact begin to start to get his eyes on Zaires girl friend, all at the exact same time too.
Who I saw just still some how seemed to be just fine, and she seemed to be calm despite all that it was that was in fact even going on right at this very moment in time too. I then did in fact just seem to start to see that it was that all at once. That Zaire did in fact just seem to start to dip his head a little bit low to the ground, all at the exact same time too, all at once.
As I just then did in fact see that it was that he felt bad for him self. And he also felt bad for his girl friend, as to the fact that it was that the both of them were in fact being put in to this situation, all at the exact same time too. Which I could not blame the both of them for it what so ever, at all. If it was that I was not going to lie to my self either, as I felt like if I ever had a girl friend, and it was that we were to some how get in to a pickle like this.
Than I would simply just have to say no, and that we would in fact have to take the loss, never the less. As I kind of just then did in fact just seem to stand there, and I just seemed to stare for just a tiny bit more time, all at once. As in the end, I just then did in fact just seem to start to continue to get my mind off of all of the rest of that other stuff, all at the exact same time too.
As I just seemed to stand there, and I just seemed to stare for just a little bit more time, all at the exact same time too, all at once. That was when I just then did in fact just seem to start to see that it was, all at the exact same time too, at that. That Zaire then did in fact just seem to start to finally lift his head up to all of us, at that. And he just seemed to start to shake his head on over to us all, all at once.
It was clear that not only was he letting us know that he was kind of just telling us that it was going to be a no. But also the fact that it was that he was letting us clearly know. That he was about to explain why that was in fact just the case, all at once.
As it was that Zaire had in fact just seemed to stand there, and he had in fact just seemed to stare for just a few seconds of time, all at once. That was when I just then did in fact just seem to start to all of the sudden my self. Go right on ahead and nod on over towards him, at that. To let him know that it was that I was at the very least, paying my full attention on to just what it was that he did in fact feel like he even needed to say just now, all at once, at that.
As it was that he had in fact just seemed to stand there and stare at us all for just a few more moments of time. That was when he just then did in fact eventually begin to start to continue to speak towards all of us, all at once. As I of course did in fact just seem to start to begin to listen as to just what ever it was that Zaire felt like he even needed to say on over towards the entire team, all at once.
"Look you guys... This is my girl friend, and I really don't want to risk her getting hurt... Besides, do any of you think that we have any chance of winning this game? Perhaps we should just forfeit it..." He said on over to us all, all at the exact same time too, as I simply just did not like what it was that he had in fact recommended, all at the exact same time too.
It was clear that he had not watched the high lights, never the less. As though the team that we were about to play was in fact 4-2, that did not mean that they were good. As they had got some lucky wins, as a few of their opponents had some players out. Either due to suspensions and injuries. Or it was that it was the same thing that it was that Peter was dealing with, on the fact that it was flu season.
I kind of just seemed to stand there, and I seemed to stare for just a little bit more time, all at the exact same time too, all at once. As just then, in the end, I then did in fact just seem to start to suddenly go right on ahead, all at the exact same time too. And I just then did in fact just seem to start to get my mind, and my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact even been thinking on long before now, all at once.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to continue to stare for just a little bit more time, in the end. That was when I just then did in fact just seem to start to shake my head a little bit on over to my self, at that. As I got my mind, and I got my focus off of all of the rest of that other stuff, at that.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to continue to stare for just a little bit more time, all at once. That was when I just then did in fact just seem to start to suddenly hear another voice begin to start to speak up from right beside me, all at once. As this time it was Oliver who was in fact deciding that it was that he was going to be the one to step up and speak this time.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to start to have realized that it was in fact the case just now, all at the exact same time too, at that. That was when I just then did in fact just seem to start to all of the sudden go right on ahead, all at once. And I just then did in fact just seem to start to all of the sudden let out quite a bit of a rough sigh to my self, all at the exact same time too.
As it was that I just seemed to stand there and stare at Oliver for just a few more seconds of some time, all at once, at that. I just kind of seemed to have blinked my eyes a few times, all at the exact same time too. As I knew that it was that I was in fact paying my full attention on to just what ever it was that Oliver did in fact feel like he even needed to say right now in the very first place any ways, at that.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to have got my mind, and also my focus on to all of those thoughts, all at the exact same time too. That was when I just then did in fact just seem to suddenly go right on ahead. And I then did in fact just seem to start to continue to hear his voice as he just seemed to continue to speak. As I of course, did in fact just seem to start to listen as to just what ever it was that he felt like he even needed to say on over towards us all, all at the exact same time as well, at that.
"Well... Is it your decision Zaire? Or is it hers?" He said to Zaire, all at the exact same time too. As it was in fact quite a bit of a bold, and quite a bit of a ballsy move as to just what it was that Oliver had in fact just said to Zaire, all at the exact same time too. As not only was he stressing out Zaire, and trying to make him feel bad.
But he was also doing the same for the girl friend, all at the exact same time too, all at once. As I saw that it was that I could now clearly see that it was that Zaires girl friend Alissa. That she did in fact now start to feel a little bit guilty her self, as to just what it was that was even going on right now. As it was clear that she felt a bit bad if it was that she was in fact to say no, all at the exact same time too.
As it was that she had in fact just seemed to have felt that way, all at the exact same time too. That was when I just then did in fact just seem to start to see. And I just seemed to start to notice that it was, all at the exact same time as well, at that.
That Zaire did in fact just seem to start to all of the sudden lift his head on up to all of us, all at the exact same time too, at that. And I saw that he was not all too happy as to just what it was that was in fact even going on right now, at that, which I felt like I could not blame him for what so ever. As I almost felt like I wanted to step in and say some thing about this.
Besides the fact that it was that I knew as to just how important this game was in fact for us. As I knew that this was our 2nd conference game since the first one of the season. And I knew that it was that this was an important one, and though we were the under dogs. I felt like we could easily win this game, if we played things right, all at the exact same time as well.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to continue to stand there, and I just seemed to stare at Zaire for just a little bit more time, all at once. That was when I just then did in fact just seem to start to see that it was that Zaire did in fact have his eyes on Alissa all at the exact same time too. As I just then did in fact just seem to start to wake my self up as to just what it was that was even going on just now.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to have stood there and stared for just a little bit more time, all at once. That was when I just then did in fact just seem to start to notice that it was, all at the exact same time too. That Zaire then did in fact just seem to start to shake his head back on over to his girl friend, all at once.
As it was clear that it was that he was about to speak on over towards her, all at once. As well as the rest of the team, all at the exact same time as well. As I saw that it was that Alissa did in fact have her head tilted quite a bit. As it was clear that it was that she was in fact confused as to just what it was that was even going on with Zaire, all at the exact same time too.
As it was that she had in fact just seemed to have continued to stare at him for just a little bit more time how ever, all at once. That was when she just then did in fact just seem to start to have gone right on all, all at the exact same time too. And she just then did in fact just seem to start to nod back on over towards him. As it was clear that she was letting him know that she was in fact paying her full attention on to just what it was that was in fact even going on, and as to just what it was that he was even about to say to her just now, at that.
As it was that Zaire had in fact just seemed to have noticed that it was that his girl friend had in fact just seemed to have done as such a thing like that, all at once. That was when he just then did in fact just seem to start to suddenly continue to speak on over towards her, at that. As it was that we all were in fact just now beginning to start to listen as to just what it was that he even had to say on over towards her, all at the exact same time too, at that.
"I don't think she wants to play... Isn't that right Alissa?" He said on over to her, all at the exact same time too, as I saw that it was that Zaire did in fact just so happen to have his eyes squinted on over towards her, all at once. As it was clear that it was to me, all at the exact same time too, at that.
That he was in fact trying to pressure his girl friend in to the fact that it was that she was supposed to say no, all at the exact same time too. As it was clear that it was that Alissa, as she was smart enough to have realized that, all at the exact same time as well. Did in fact just so happen to have a little bit of a rebellious act in her genes, all at the exact same time too.
As I just then did in fact just seem to start to see, and I just then did in fact just seem to start to notice as to the fact that it was. That she just then did in fact just seem to start to suddenly go right on ahead, all at once, at that. And she just then did in fact just seem to start to squint her eyes right back on over towards her boy friend.
As it was clear that she was not all too happy as to the fact that it was that Zaire was in fact trying to make the decision for her, all at the exact same time too, at that. I almost wanted to put a little bit of a grin, and a little bit of a smirk on my own face, all at once. But I knew that this was not some thing to be laughing about what so ever, all at the exact same time too.
As I kind of just did my best to act normal, all at the exact same time as well, all at once. As I just then did in fact just seem to start to suddenly hear her voice. As it was now clear that it was that she was finally going to speak up for her self, for the first time. Whilst this entire conversation had in fact been revolving around her.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to have noticed as to the fact that it was in fact the case, all at the exact same time too, all at once. That was when I just then did in fact just seem to start to go right on ahead. And I just then did in fact suddenly seem to see that Zaire with his eyes wide.
That he did in fact just seem to start to nod right back on over towards her. As it was much to my own surprise, all at the exact same time too. As to just what it was that was all even going on right now, at that. As it was clear to me that he was in fact letting her know that he was in fact paying his full attention on to just what it was that she did in fact feel like she even needed to say on over towards him, all at once, at that.
As it was that she had in fact just seemed to have noticed that it was that Zaire had in fact just seemed to have done as such a thing like that. I just then did in fact begin to start to have all of the sudden, all at once. Then did in fact begin to start to hear her continue to speak on over towards him. As I of course for my self, did in fact just seem to start to begin to listen as to just what ever it was that she did in fact feel like she even had to say on over towards Zaire in the very first place any ways, all at once.
"Actually... I will go on the team for this game... I have played volleyball before... I don't have to play in the game do I?" She said on over towards us, all at the exact same time too, at that. As I kind of just seemed to have gulped as soon as it was that I had in fact just heard as to just what it was that she had in fact just said, all at the exact same time too, all at once, at that.
As I knew that it was that based off of how this went, she did in fact technically have to play for us, all at the exact same time too, at that. As I kind of just seemed to start to dip my head a little bit low to the ground. As for some reason no one seemed to have under stood as to just what it was that she had in fact said.
And it was clear no one did in fact under stand as to just how this did in fact work, all at the exact same time too, at that. As there was a reason why it was that we needed to have 8 men on the court at all times, all at the exact same time too. As it was not just due to the fact that it was that we needed to have 8 men.
As some teams could have 14 men on the court at one time, and that they could still be breaking the rules, all at the exact same time as well. As I kind of just seemed to have started to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time too, all at once. And I just then did in fact just seem to have started to breathe in quite a bit of a soft sigh to my self, all at once, at that.
I began to start to lift my head up, as I was just about to step up and speak about all of this. That was until it was, all at the exact same time too, all at once, at that. That I just then did in fact just seem to have started to hear the voice of some one else much different in the locker room, at that. As they just then did in begin to start to step up and speak, all at once.
I turned my head around, as I immediately knew the voice to be the one of Xavier's, all at the exact same time as well, at that. As I was a bit surprised to have seen him in here so early, all at the exact same time too. As well as the fact that it was that I must have been too caught up on just what it was that we were talking about just now, at that. To have been able to have heard the door to the locker room open, all at the exact same time as well, none the less.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to have turned my head on over towards Xavier, all at once. That was when I just then in the end, did in fact just seem to have started to have finally gone right on ahead, all at the exact same time too. And I just then did in fact begin to start to nod on over towards him my self. As I let him know that it was of course. That I was in fact paying my fullest attention on to just what ever it was that he did in fact feel like he even needed to say, all at the exact same time too.
As it was that I had in fact just have seemed to have done as such a thing like that, all at the exact same time as well, once again. That was when I just then did in fact begin to have started to have heard his voice. As it was that he just then did in fact just seemed to have continued to speak, all at the exact same time too. As I of course my self, did in fact just seemed to have begun to have listened as to just what it was that he did in fact feel like he did in fact feel like even needed to say on over towards us, all at once.
"Actually... By league rules... All 8 players of a team must play at least 3 minutes..."
