"Real quick, I wanna thank everybody for coming out and celebrating with us. Uh, on behalf of the group, I'd like to do that." Brooke says as he raises his glass, everyone gives their attention. "It's been a fantastic tour and the 'Heart Break' album is New Edition's best-selling album to date and same as Bobby's 'Don't Be Cruel', and Kylea's 'Loving You'."
Bobby holds my hand and brings me to Brooke. "Yeah, yeah, yeah, you tell 'em Stro...and I started New Edition, so both these cakes mine." Bobby digs his hand in the New Edition, my jaw dropped a bit.
He tried to feed me some that was in his hand, but I put my hand up and grabbed a plate from the table. Bobby places that on the plate.
"Uh...again-"
"Hold up, hold up. I said both of these cakes." Bobby reaches over to his 'Don't Be Cruel' cake and hand a handful of that cake and puts it on his plate.
"Thank everybody. Bobby, y'all."
"Roni, you gotta try this," Bobby offers a handful of cake with his mouth full.
"Baby, no." I laughed as I grabbed me slice. "Lemme get some," he points to one with more frosting. "No, besides you have yours, digging your hands in both cakes." I giggled, wiping the frosting off his cheek with a napkin.
"Back To Life" by Soul II Soul was playing through the speakers.
"Both of 'em is mine," He laughed as he licks the frosting off his fingers slowly. "But they don't taste like my baby." He kissed my neck, I gave him a kiss on his lips and fed him a piece.
"Aww, look at the love birds." Clover teased as she makes her way over to us. "Haha." I rolled my eyes as Bobby holds me from behind.
"Baby, I'm gonna talk to Jheryl." He whispered in my ear. I nod, he kissed my lips and walks over to Jheryl and Johnny.
Clover grabs my arm and walks me to the buffet table. "Girl, you is glowing." She smirked. I blushed pink and pulled on my sleeves. Clover leans back and narrows her eyes and gasped loudly.
"You got that lovin'!" She yelled. "Shhh, Clover, damn." I waved my hands around to calm her down.
"Girl, tell me everything." We sat at a table.
"It was amazing. He was so gentle," I smiled as I reminisced that night.
"My girl, became a women, I feel like a proud mama right now." She wipes a fake tear.
"Clover, I've never thought we would get that far. Like, after that night, I'm crazy about him." I smiled.
"That's what love does to you." She opens a bottle of champagne and drinks it from the head.
"They have glasses, you know." I slid a glass over to her.
"We're here to have fun, live a little." She passed me the bottle. I laughed and drank from the bottle. Clover looks over her shoulder and see some guys over at the bar.
