Smallville Kansas, one of the best small country towns in the state of Kansas. On the road next to a cornfield drove a small red truck with two blocks of hay in the back. In the truck there was a middle-aged man with brown hair, green eyes, and dressed in farm attire. Next to him was a female with long red hair, blue eyes, and dressed in a tan jacket, blue flannel shirt, brown pants, and brown farm boots. The couple sat in silence before the male spoke, "Martha, we could always try again," he said before looking at her."Johnathan, we have tried six times to have a baby," Martha stated as she looked at him. "I'm not sure if we will ever have kids."
"Now Martha Kent," Johnathan said as he looked at her, "Don't give up. We will have children one of these days, we just got to have faith," he said as then out of nowhere. A big rumbling went over them, and an explosion was heard in the cornfield, the truck swerved for a brief moment before coming to a stop. Johnathan breathed for a few moments before looking at her, "Are you ok?"
"Yeah, are you?" Martha asked before she put a hand on Johnathan's.
Johnathan nodded as the two of them went out of the car. They went into the cornfield where they heard the explosion, and after a few moments they saw something spectacular. A spaceship in the shape of a rocket that was in middle of the field with destroyed crops everywhere. Johnathan narrowed his eyes as he approached the rocket, taking note of all the strange symbols on the vehicle as well. Steam came from the cockpit as Martha jumped while Johnathan stood his ground.
The cockpit then opened revealing Kara Zor-El to the Kents. The girl blinked her eyes in fear of the couple in front of her since the only thing she remembers was seeing an explosion then going off into a deep sleep. "Johnathan, its a girl," Martha stated as she smiled at Kara and held out her arms.
"Do you know who your parents are or why you are in the rocket?" Johnathan asked as he knelt down before Kara, seeing the crest with the S in the middle of her dress.
She scooted away from then in the rocket, obviously afraid of the couple and not recognizing the terrain she was in. "Viemgo," she whispered softly as tears started to form in her eyes.
Johnathan and Martha looked at each other with worry before they looked back at the girl in front of them. Martha just went out and hugged the child before taking off her jacket and putting it around her. "We can't leave her like this," she whispered softly.
Johnathan nodded, "We'll take her in," he said as he helped Martha with Kara. "And we'll take care of her the best way we can."

The years have passed and Kara Zor-El became Kara Kent. She grew up with two friends Timothy Wayne and Cassandra Sandsmark. She showed them her powers and Cassie showed hers while Tim just didn't have any. Then more years went by after the Wayne Murders and Tim had to go to Asia and from that time Kara had to hide her powers in case anyone would take her away from her family. From that time, she was able to portray as a normal girl even though she was anything but normal: she was able to fly at great speeds, bend steel with her hands, and so far, was indestructible. She stayed out of the spotlight until she turned thirteen and that is when a danger unknown to the world was coming from the far reaches of the Galaxy.

Kara opened her eyes to the sunlight coming into her window, it was the weekend, and she wasn't planning on doing anything so far in terms of activities besides whatever chores were laid out for her. She got up and she stretched while she yawned, she then got dressed in a light blue short sleeve flannel shirt, blue jeans, and her black shoes before she went downstairs of her farm. She got down to the kitchen of the farmhouse, "Morning Ma," she greeted as she saw Martha Kent putting the food on the plates.
"Morning Kara," Martha greeted before she kissed her adopted daughter's cheek. "Your Father is out making sure that the tractor is ready for today's harvest."
Kara sighed as she looked out at the barn house, "Is that ok? I mean with his heart?" she asked as she looked at Martha.
The older woman went over and put her hand on Kara's shoulder. "You know how stubborn he can be. Get him inside, he needs his breakfast as well as you young lady."
Kara smirked as she nodded and kissed Martha's cheek. She went out to the barn and saw Johnathan working on the tractor. She shook her head as she went up to him before she grabbed the tractor. "Morning Pa," she greeted as she started to lift up the tractor slightly with her right hand.
Johnathan looked at Kara as he smiled and slowly got up while breathing heavily. "Morning Kara," he said as Kara set the tractor down. "You're up later then usual," he said as he sat down for a moment.
"Yeah, I overslept," she stated as she was listening to his heart as she set the tractor down after Johnathan was away from the tractor. "Did the doctor say anything about your heart?" she asked before she sat down next to him. He didn't say anything which caused Kara to shake her head. "You do realize that I can hear your heart beat slow down whenever you work right?" She asked.
"Did Martha send you to get me to go to the Doctor?" Johnathan asked as he looked at her.
Kara raised her eyebrow, "To get you inside for breakfast," she said as she gently nudged him.
"Then let's get inside," he said as he got up before he took a deep breath.
Kara's eyes widened in fear as she gently grabbed him just forcing him to take time. She was worried for him, even though he wasn't her father she still saw him more as a father then anything else. After awhile, she started to move with him and got him inside the house and pulled out a chair for him. Kara looked at Martha before her focus went to Johnathan again. "I'm doing the rest of the chores today and no discussion, first eat then you'll rest," she stated as she just sighed.

Hours later Kara was out in the field with a tank top and her flannel shirt tied around her waist. She started to fly up in the air before she sped straight to the corn field, gathering as much as she could. She then flew back to the barn and landed on her feet as her thoughts were up at the sky and on her adopted father. "Why does he have to be so stubborn?!" She asked herself as she just punched a steel bar and broke it in half. "I can hear the heart beat, see what's wrong with him, but I can't tell anyone!" She yelled as her eyes started to glow red for a brief moment.
Kara made sure all the chores were done as she then took to the skies. She flew high in the sky as she put her hand along the clouds, this usually helped calm her down even if it was risky. She closed her eyes as she stopped and hovered in the air, listening to everything that was happening. Fires, war, almost everything that was bad was happening everywhere in the world, she knew she had to hide but it was killing her. Then a plane was starting to come down with fire coming from its right engine, almost hitting Kara.
Kara's eyes widened as she then flew down to the plane. She saw the fire engine and kept on going towards it, she grabbed ahold of the right wing. She took in a deep breath and started to blow on the engine, the fire settled down and then was extinguished. She let go of the plane and got onto its underbelly, she placed her hands underneath and pushed up. Her hands made an imprint on the metal of the plane. She kept on pushing up and the plane started to slow its decent. Kara looked ahead and there was empty farm land ahead of her, so she kept on slowing the planes decent before she was fully in control. She set the plane down and flew off before anyone could ask any questions.

Off in the vastness of Space a alien ship with features of a skull hovered in an unknown region of space. Inside the ship multiple tentacle like modules went around performing several tasks. One tentacle was carrying a bottle with a city inside it as the tentacle set it on a shelf with other bottled cities. At the center of the room was a silver robot with a clear dome that held a brain inside, with three tubes going inside its head. The robot looked up at a view screen as a picture of Earth came up with multiple alien symbols going past it. "Proceed to Earth, for processing," the robot stated as the ship then started to move towards the blue planet.
