Disease is caused if victim blames themselves for someone they care about being hurt or dead. The only way of it to be cured is if the victim accepts that person is dead or hurt and that it isn't their fault or if the victim finds someone similar to the person dead and 'replaces them'.
Symptoms include:
Insomnia or falling asleep getting more difficult
Poor appetite
Stomach ache
Body ache
Constantly feeling sick

Moments before death:
The victim will get an intense feeling of something being in their throat before gagging and eyes watering. The victim will cough up a bug of their favourite color and feel horrible throat pain. Black tears will run out their face making their eyes burn or where ever the tears touch the skin. The tears will make the victim unable to see anything and the bugs inside the victim will eat their insides after 10 minutes and they die a painful death. Usually takes 20-30 minutes for victim to die, if the bugs eating their insides doesn't kill them then the victim will bump into something that will kill them.
For example, when the black tears run out victim's eyes the victim might fall down somewhere high up or fall and hit their head on something.
Takes a 1 month and a half to kill victim. There are no known ways to avoid it besides to not blame yourself for someone being hurt or dead when it's not your fault.
Extra info:
Bugs can lay eggs in victims body to make the pain spread. When the victim is cured from the disease they have to go a hospital to get rid of the now dead bugs in their body.
