I feel little hands on my waist shaking me awake, I roll over and come face to face with my adorable little sister Mckenzie. I smile at her, grab her little body and pull her into my chest.

"You need to get up Stella!" She squeals as I tickle her sides. "Let me goooooo!!!!"

I laugh and let her go so she can leave my room. I roll off my bed and go straight to the bathroom. I start my shower and hop in, feeling my muscles relax instantly as the warm water hits my body. As soon as all the soap is out of my hair, I wrap my towel around me and walk out of the bathroom and into my closet. I look through my closet and just decide on black ripped jeans, a red flannel, my brown combat boots, and a grey beanie.

"Hey daddy." I say smiling, and giving my dad a kiss on the cheek. I grab a piece of toast and a bottle of water from the fridge. "Alright well I have to go or I'll be late. So bye family!" I yell as I walk out of the door and towards my red jeep.

—-School—-

I pull into the parking lot of hell and can instantly see all the groups scattered in the parking lot and the court yard. They got the nerds, preps, outcasts, and lastly but certainly least the populars. I park my car somewhat close to the school and get out, grabbing my bag from the passenger side and walk towards the school in search of the main office.

I was walking down the halls and can already see and feel all the people giving me looks. I even saw a couple of guys get smacked on the head by their girlfriends. I keep walking down the long hallway, I can see a sign that read 'MAIN OFFICE' so I start to speed up a bit and whip open the door. All the students turn to look at me and the secretary looks up from her computer. I walk over to her and give her a smile. "Hello. You must be Kristella Davidson. I have your schedule right here, just let me print it real quick. Have a seat." And she disappears in some door.

I look out of the corner of my eye and see two girls standing there looking at me and whispering. I turn to go sit down. I sit in the empty seat with no one around. I pull out my phone and see my dad texted me, something about picking up my sister after school at daycare. I look up and put my phone away realizing that both the girls came over and sat by me. "Hey!" the one with shoulder length brown wavy hair squeals.

"I'm Kayla, and that's Desi." she states pointing to the girl next to me giving a big smile.

"Im.." I start.

"Kristella. We heard Ms. Lango, say your name earlier." she say's standing up and walking to grab my schedule for me from Ms. Lango, I guess her name is. "Actually, call me Stella." I say grabbing my schedule and reading over it. Of course. English first.

I walk out of the office hopefully giving off the attitude that I don't want them to follow. But of course they do follow. I speed up a bit and head down the halls looking for room 675. I can hear them calling my name but I just keep on walking. I really do not care about making new friends.

Here's the thing, after my mom died 3 months ago my dad couldn't handle to see all the memories in our old place and town. Our house was your typical small family home. And the town was so small that everyone knew everyone so he decided he wanted to move. My sister was a nervous wreck, she maybe 6 but being that young and realizing your mom is never coming home isn't the easiest thing. I was super close my mom, she wasn't just my mother she was my best friend. I kinda got off the rails, I started smoking weed, going to more and more parties, leading guys on, getting in fights, and all that stuff. I changed my whole style, attitude, everything. I had been dating a guy for 3 years, but that night my mom died. We were at his house and he broke up with me. I was so heart broken, and decided that I'd never fall in love again.

My mom was on her way to pick me up when some drunk driver ran a red light and went head on into her side of the car. She died on impact of the truck, so therefore it's my fault. She wouldn't have been at that red light in the first place if I hadn't called her and asked if she came to pick me up.

"Hey Stella wait up! We will show you around!!" I am broken out of my thoughts when I feel someones hand wrap around my wrist. I whip around so fast someone could have got whiplash just watching me.

"Fine. You guys wanna be my friends and show me around. Perfect." I said turning on my heel and walking in to my class. They both walk in and sit next to me.

"We have this class too. Here let me see your schedule." Desi I think her name was puts out her hand. I pull out my schedule and toss it to her. They look it over and smile brightly. "We have almost all classes together!" Desi squeals and hands me my schedule, which goes right back in my pocket.

I was about to respond when the teacher walks in. "Hello class, I am very happy to announce our new classmate. Kristella Davidson. Please stand up and introduce yourself." She beams at me like it's the best thing in the world that I'm here.

I stand up and look around at everyone. "I go by Stella. Don't even think of calling me Kristella. Just Stella." I said glaring at all the guys looking at me with bug eyes.

This teacher has been talking for 30 minutes straight and all I can think about is getting out of here and going home. I can start to feel my eyes drifting closed and getting heavy. I should really start going to bed sooner. I hear a loud bang and jolt awake. I see someones back facing the class and my teacher is giving them a lecture about actually coming on time. I look around and see all the girls looking at him like he's the last cracker on a silver platter and they wanna rip every last piece of his clothing off.

He turns around and almost instantly we lock eyes. I stare at his features, his jaw is sharp, messy dark brown hair, bright blue eyes that almost mimic the sky, and a black leather jacket that is tight on his toned muscles. In a way, he gives off this kind of disheveled look. He smirks at me and starts towards seat still not breaking our gaze. He sits three seats up in the row next to me.

As class is slow and miserably passing, he hasn't stopped looking back at me and throwing things at me so I got a idea. He threw another crumpled piece of paper at me and smirked turning around. I grabbed the paper off the ground and stood up. "Teacher. Can you please tell this child to stop throwing papers at me?!" I yelled, shocking half of the class.

"I am not throwing paper at her!!" the annoying guy stands up. "Can you both just get out and go to the office?" The teacher who I forgot her name says, pointing at the door. I can tell she is trying her best to stay calm so why not lead her on? "I didn't do anything. I simply asked him to stop and he didn't so I am asking you for help." I started, pulling the innocent look.

"I don't care. Just both of you get out." By now, she was fuming. Her face was red, finger pointing to the door, and left hand in a fist. I grab my stuff and walk slowly towards the door. By now the annoying guy is already in the hall. "GET OUT!!" The teacher screams at me, I pick up my pace and walk out the door.

"About time you got out here. Now what was the point of getting us kicked out of class?" He says walking slowly closer and closer to me. "Nothing. I was bored and wanted out. But stay away from me. You're irritating, annoying, and self absorbed. So goodbye." I spat in his face and start to walk away. When I'm pulled into a dark room. Typical. The janitors closet. "Is that really what you think of me?" He says pushing me against the wall and putting his hands on either side of my head.

"Yes. That is exactly what I think. A self absorbed ass. Now get away from me." I push him off me and walk out of the closet.
