1. Pick 1 player to model your game after
2. Watch film of every other player that you didn't pick to model after
3. Compete with other players that are at least 3 years older than you
4. Take about 3-4 years the accomplish the Basic Fundamentals
5. Watch film on the player you picked
6. Strength and conditioning
7. No matter what position you play work on your post game
8. Develop your handles by just dribbling with 1 hand a week 45-50 minutes a day
9. Pratice your jumping by hoping Infront than backwards than to the than to the right. This helps your vertical and kinda decides if your going to be a 1 foot or 2 foot jumper
10. Defense is the key. Always hold you hands at a 89 degree angle and keep one of your feet just a couple of inches Infront of the other foot
11. If you want to be a good player you have to get in your defenders head and space. When I always contest a shot I always put up my middle finger. And it works 88% of the time.
12 Have fun and talk stuff. You never should be force to do anything. And if you have a rival team or brother that plays for another team your playing
talk stuff get them hyped up too and make it more funner for yourself
13. Have a goal for every time you pick up a ball.
