The land of CrossedxBlade sleeps.
The first single Soul awakens before the sun passes over the horizon. She goes about her morning routine in the barracks of the kingdom. She gazes upon the sunrise with a hot drink in her hand as she sits on a large wine barrel hunching over, Cupping her drink with both hands. "This day has a gorgeous beginning"
She whispers to herself.
Then suddenly a soldier bursts through the door, "General Josie, our North End is being attacked! What shall we do!?"
The general finishes her drink with quickness and stands up, towering over the soldier. "We fight." She replies.
The North End of the castle is being attacked by a type of dark force. Lightning clouds hover above as the sky turns back to darkness. The morning sun is suffocated out of eyesight. Demons and dark soldiers are seen crawling up the side of the limestone castle walls. But just as quickly as the forces of darkness arrive, so too are the forces of CrossxBlade to arrive on the scene. Archers hurry forth and mount the castle walls. Hurling arrow after arrow upon the wretched foes that lay beneath. However it may be too late, the wall has been breached a couple blocks down. They are invading the public district. Dark creatures accompanied by Soldiers caped in darkness scramble throughout the town.
General Josie is quick on the scene, she gives her orders with precise tenacity and strength. "I want a 90 foot perimeter around the town square. I need civilian protection in this block and the surrounding 3. If you come across an enemy in the town, turn it around or turn it to a corpse. You understand that?"
"YES GENERAL." The few troop captains belch out in response. They quickly flee off with their men to fulfill their assignment. A dark figure is seen rising above the north end gate, where the initial attack was seen coming from. The darkness radiates around a humanoid figure, A woman. Her eyes glow bright orange through the dark cloud encompassing her slim body.
"This will be easier than I thought."
The wicked woman tells herself
