Maisie Lockwood X Reader

Part 1: The Beginning

●Maisie's POV○
Hello I'm Maisie Lockwood I'm 17 and still stuck in the cabins in Nevada. It's kinda lonely here and I plan to run away fairly soon except this time it won't be me going to the city. See my guardians Owen Grady and Claire Dearing are going out to investigate something to do with one of the old parks. Which gives me the liberty of a free chance at running away.

About 5 minutes passed I'm looking at pictures of Charlotte Lockwood until I hear a knock on my door. I'd walk up to answer the door only peaking out my head
"Hey me and Claire are heading out kid stay safe and don't leave the cabins do you understand" Owen said to me
"Yes I understand Owen" I would reply pretty quickly afterward
I opened the door further so I can hug them both goodbye, Watching them leave the building and leaving me alone at the cabins

□Y/N's POV■
Hello I'm Y/N I'm 18 and I'm just your basic College student here in Nevada at Great Basin. And yes I know it's a community College but I plan to head to a better college when I have the finances to do so. Right now I'm in the city buying some snacks at the gas station and paying for some gas.
"That'll be 5.98" the counter worker said. Which I payed in cash donating the 2 cents to charity. I walk to my car and remove the pump looking at the price thinking. 'Wow gas is crazy expensive now isn't it" I would enter my car and drive to the forest area for a breather.

I would park my car at a random part of the mountain/forest area and step out the car staring at the sky's breathing in that beautiful air blessed from mother nature. I hear a car driving by. It's some random Man and his wife I presume. I end up waving at them. And they waved back at me.
I would lay against my car for about an hour until I hear the screech of a Dinosaur. See I love dinosaurs but for the love of God I can't remember any of the names of them. As a response I would hide near my car. I wait like 15 minutes before assuming it's safe. I would peak out by then and i would get back into my car driving out of the mountains and back into the city area.

○Maisie's POV●
I watched them leave the cabins and I think to myself
' you know maybe leaving to the city for food would be nice before I goto my destination of choice while there gone'
I would pack my stuff to make sure I have everything needed to head to the where I wanna go. (And no you don't get to find out till part 2)
"Okay I have boots, Coats, Extra Clothing, Emergency Aid Kit and a 1911 (A Pistol for those who don't know) I also have 3 magazines for it so that should be enough'
I put my back pack on and walk outside.
I hear the screech of a Velcoraptor nearbye so I ran toward it to make sure it wasn't hurt. When I arrive 10 minutes or so it's Blue and Beta. Beta was Hurt and Blue was holding her baby. I don't know what to do I don't have Owen with me to help so I have to go with my guts. I would hold my hand out to try to prove im friendly
which worked better than expected.
She let me see her baby and thats when I use the first aid kit to help with Beta's injury. It appeared to he a tooth in her leg to I slowly remove it and applie a bandage around her leg making sure she doesn't bleed out from the tooth. They both didn't make a sound when I helped them which was odd to me but what do I know right. They both ran off deeper into the woods which got me to think
'Maybe I should wait till tommorow to leave'
So in thinking that I would walk back to the cabin and relax there for the rest of the day.
