Stella and Kathryn are sitting in Stella's office. "So how are all of the new children doing?" Kathryn asks. "There all doing fine, they got their bedrooms ready, and are participating in school and everything. I say everything is all well here at Wordsmith." Stella says with a smile. Kathryn smiles. She takes a sip of coffee. "That's good." Kathryn pauses. She finishes her tea. "Well I have to go. I have a lot of paper work to do at my office. I should be back later, to check up on all the kids." Kathryn says. Stella nods. Kathryn walks out.
Stella gets up from her desk. Stella is wearing a plaque dress, with a school uniform top. She walks out of her office. Stella goes to the girl's corridor. She pulls out her whistle. Stella blows the whistle really hard, making it louder and louder each time she blows. All the girls come out of there room.
"It's time to get up and moving. Time for a shower." Stella says smiling. All the girl get ready to head for the shower. "Oh just wait before you guys go. I need to see Lilian." Stella says. Lilian turns her head towards Stella. "Come to my office, we need to have a private talk." Stella says.
Lilian starts walking towards Stella, and Stella turns and they both walk to her office. Lilian sits down, and Stella closes the door. Stella walks over to her chair, and sits down. She takes a sip of her coffee. "Do you want a cup?" Stella asks. "No ma'am." Lilian responds.
"What do you need me for me?" Lilian asks. Stella sits her coffee mug down, folds her hands to together and puts them up to her chin. "Well do you know or have seen the new child bringer?" Stella asks. Lilian nods. "Well you're into all of that spiritual stuff, and curses. I need you to do something." Stella says. "Like what?" Lilian asks back. "I need you to put a curse on her. Secretly I know what she's about. She's not for the wellbeing of you guys. She is a reporter. She just wants to know what's going on in her to ruin this place. Can you do it?" Stella asks. "What if I say no?" Lilian responds. "What if I say you get fifty lashes and solitary confinement?" Stella responds with a smile.
Kathryn walks into the building. Lilian walks up to her. "Can I talk to you like right now?" Lilian asks. Kathryn smiles. "Of course, come with me and we can talk." Kathryn says to Lilian. "No I need you to come to me, to a secret place so no one hears me. "Whatever works with you?" Lilian says.
Lilian pulls Kathryn around the building, all the up into the attic. Kathryn starts walking up the stairs. Lilian locks the door. Lilian walks up the stairs too. "Okay what is this about, Lilian?" Kathryn asks. "I need out of here. I'm not meant to be here. I'm mistreated. No one will ever pick me up or anyone else." Lilian scream out. "Lilian, now you are fine here. There is nothing wrong. A family will pick you up one day." Kathryn says.
"No I am not fine here. This place is a hell hole. I need you to get me out." Lilian says. "I'd say you are pretty lucky to be here. You don't know how lucky you are. You could be on the streets. I don't understand why you have such a problem being here. Stella is a great house mother, and loves you kids. It's lovely here. I would love to have someone like Stella has a house mother." Kathryn explains.
"Look just quit fucking arguing with me, and just get me the fuck out of here." Lilian screams. "Look little girl. I have a fucking story to cover, and no kid will be leaving because they don't like it here. I'm going to get this place shut down. Do you got that? Then you will be out here." Kathryn says, while Lilian was mixing drinks, and looking at papers.
"Yes I understand. Here's something to drink." Lilian says handing Kathryn a drink. Kathryn takes the drink. She sips. She sips more, and more. "You are here for yourself, and you will be committed here, as adults will see you as a child and children will see you as an adult. You will be stuck in here, to get your real story, you want, if you can ever escape this curse then you are free, with all of the information you got." Lilian says.
Lilian starts to mumble some stuff. Kathryn starts to get woozy and shaking her head around in circles. Lilian picks up chalk and draws a circle around her. With words that will change her, and why she is being changed. Lilian grabs Kathryn by her forehead. Lilian starts to mumble some more.
"Now you are cursed, and see what is actually going on here. WAKE UP." Lilian says in a high voice. Kathryn stands up. "You are in so much trouble. I'm going to tell Head Mother Stella." Kathryn says to Lilian. Lilian unlocks the door. Kathryn goes flying out the door. Kathryn runs to Stella's office. Kathryn bursts in. Stella looks up. Stella smiles, "A new child is here." Stella said smiling.
In the Next Chapter: "You're awake. How do you feel?" Dr. Irvin says. "What's going on in your office Irvin. I've heard lots of strange noises lately." Stella says. "I'm just going to inject you with the flu, and some poison from a snake and see how you react." Dr. Irvin says.
