Sage Thompson had a troubling childhood growing up, her father died of cancer when she was 7 years old. After her fathers death her mom, Sasha started drinking and doing drugs, she would be out all night and leave Sage home alone. 5 years later Sasha had remarried a man named Ed Walker, everything was great until Sage at the age of 13 came out to her mom and stepdad as a lesbian. Her stepdad grew into a fit of rage and started physically abusing Sage, Sasha kept quiet for years and never stopped Ed.

Finally at 16 years old Sage have had enough of her stepdads abuse. One night after her stepdad and mom had gone to bed, something in Sage had gone off and before she knew it she was standing outside watching as her house burned to the ground. Ever since then she has bounced from house to house in foster care. One good thing came out of being in foster care she meet two kids who were just as messed up as she was. Sage, Rafael and Landon were the three musketeers, they were inseparable and did everything together.

But what happens to the musketeers while they explore the supernatural worlds......
