AUTHOR'S POV
5 years later...
"Ahh! What should I do with this girl!" Sakshi shouted holding a spatula in her hand at the kitchen's entrance.
Akshay and Advaita closed their ears at their wife and mother's high-pitched voice.
"Main apni favourite hoon!" Advaita stretched her arms standing up from the sofa on which she was lying till now.
"Hey bhagwan! God knows what she will do!" her mother slapped her forehead in annoyance.
"Bachpan se hi na...mujhe shaadi karne ka bahut craze hai, by god!" she chirped dreamily.
"Don't you have to go to the bakery today?" her mother raised her eyebrows coming forward and holding her arm.
"I have time" she shrugged her shoulders.
"Ab toh mera hath chod do, itni bhi sundar nhi hun main!" she looked down faking a blush.
Her mother shook her head at her daughter's obsession with this particular movie.
"Yes Beta, your mother is right. Although you came at 1 pm last night still you should not rest and again go back to work" her father interrupted, no, actually taunted her mother which made Advaita giggle.
"What! You came that late last night!?" her mother again shrieked.
"I had work ma" she replied calmly.
"I sleep early due to medicines so nobody cares to tell me anything..." her mother again started with her emotional speech.
Advaita and Akshay looked at each other helplessly pleading to stop this.
"Aap jo yeh bolte hai, iske paise charge karte hai ya muft ka gyaan hai? Kyunki chillar nhi hai mere pass!" she screamed and ran towards her room giggling.
"Tu original piece hai, maloom hai na tujhe! Aisa dosra nhi hai!" her mother shouted behind her and shook her head with a smile at her daughter's childishness.
...
She came to her room and went inside the bathroom
She looked at her sleep-deprived face in the mirror because she barely had three hours of sleep.
She sighed and went inside the shower.
Once she was done taking a shower and changing into her clothes for the day, she head out of her room.
"Come have your breakfast" her father smiled and patted the seat beside him.
She smiled and nodded.
"My bacha is working so hard. You also got dark circles" her mother caressed her cheek lovingly while she was having breakfast.
