*PAULS POV*
Maddie just ran out. Danny was literally a wreck. He is refusing to rehers. I actually feel really bad. I know i wanted them to break up, so I could have a chance with Maddie, But i dont like seeing my best friend upset.
"Ok, I honestly cant do this. Danny, get your act together! YOUR IN A BAND NOW!" Joey yells. Danny flinches, then lets out a long sigh. "Sorry." Danny says getting up. "Where do you think your going?!" Joey shouts at Danny, as he walks down off the stage. "Going to find Maddie." He answers blankly. Great, now Joey was going to take everything out on me. "PAUL!" Joey screams. See? i sigh. "What?" I ask him. "g-go get him!" he shouts walking away.
I get up walking in the direction Danny had just walked off in. I exit the huge stadium and look down the long hallway. "Danny?" i shout. Nothing. I shrug my shoulders and decide to turn left towards the parking lot. I take out my phone and see a text message from Austin.
From Austin:Dude, Whats going on? Maddie wants me to come take her back to maryland.
i stop dead in my tracks. Crap. Danny would be crushed if he knew.
"P-PAUL?!" i hear a small voice ask. I turn to see a girl smiling up at me. "Hey im Taylor!" she says happily. "Hey Taylor, I'm Paul." i say smiling polietly at her. "Wheres Danny?" She asks looking around. "Thats what im trying to find out love." I say to her rubbing the back of my neck. She nods. "Um, can i get a picture with you?" Taylor asks. I open my mouth to reply when i hear a loud agrrivated scream. "Think i just found Danny, im so sorry. i'll be right back." I say to Taylor. I run down the hall and find Danny sitting on the ground, Tears streaming down his face. "Whats wrong?" i ask him. "EVERYTHING!" he shouts. I sigh and sit down next to him. I wish I could do something.
*MADDIES POV*
I sit on the bed at the hotel room watching my phone vibrate endlessly. Texts and calls from both Danny, and Paul. I knew it was just a matter of time before they came looking for me here. I hear voices outside the door. Found me.
The door opens and Paul and Danny stumble in. "w-where have you been?!" Danny squeaks. Perfect. he's been crying. "Here." i say with a bit more attitide then i emplied. "Well to lazy to pick up our calls?!" he asks clearly upset. "Nah, just didnt want to." i say getting up. I grab my packed bags and walk towards the door. "Your leaving?" Paul asks. "Yeah." i say quietly. "is this it then? Are we done?" Danny asks me. "Thats your decision." i say turning to face him. He stands there for a few minutes. "Dont leave me." he whispers. i watch as he snaps. he falls to his knees and begins to sob.
*DANNYS POV*
I lost it. I was sobbing like a baby. Paul sighs. "Come on Danny." He says. Maddie says nothing. I look up at her. "Please! you dont know how much i need you!" I beg her. She starts to cry to. Which only upsets me more. I hated her upset. But i couldnt do anything about it. "I'm just confused." She says. "I THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD THING! YOU GETTING SIGNED! THATS GREAT!" i scream at her. "Did you ever think that we'd have to leave eachother? huh Danny? i appresciate what you did. but i dont want to loose you again." Maddie says before storming out.
