The Mafia's guardian angel

Chapter One

Marcella is walking down the long hallway in the hospital she works in heading to parking lot when her bestfriend joined her.

"You ready to go home?" Marcella asked her.

"I'm so ready, and so tired my legs are killing me."  she said as they made their way out the hospital.

"Yeah me too you'd think after working in the hospital for three years you would get used to it." Marcella  said as they made their way to Abigail's car.

Abigail unlocked it and they got in strapping in their seat belts. "What did you expect when you wanted to work as a doctor". Marcella  asked her.

"Well, saving lives and meeting cute doctors." she said as she pulled out of the parking lot.

"Meeting cute doctors really.?" Marcella said as she stared at her bestfreind in shock.

"Yeah, I mean they are a lot of cute guys you even dating one of them." She answers  they continue driving down the road to Marcella's house which is a twenty minute drive from the hospital they work in.

Marcela blushes when she thinks about her boyfriend. They met when marcela started working in the hospital and she was lost. He showed her around and they instanly became friends. he was sweet and caring and cute he asked her to be his girlfreind a year ago.

"Look at you all shy. I wish I had a boyfriend as sweet as yours, well not that sweet but sweet with a little bit of dominance. But no one wants me." She says as she rounds a conner.

"I'm pretty sure it's the apposite. What I know is every guys wants a piece my best friend." Marcella says looking at her best friend.

"Yeah thats it. They want a piece of of me not the whole package. They just want attention they don't want my heart."

"But I thought you were into bad boys."

"Marcella we work in a hospital. Where would you find a bad boy in such a small hospital. They are all cute guys, you know the ones you would introduce to your parents, the perfect son in law." She says as she rounds another conner.

"I want a guy who knows how to handle my curves, you know? Probabaly half the guys in the hospital are virgins."

"Abby you don't know that!" Marcela exclaimed looking at her best friend in disbelief. She doesn't know how she ended up with a crazy friend.

Marcela and Abigail met when Marcella and her family moved in that neighborhood. Even though they were the opposites they still became friends. Marcella is shy person who doesn't talk much and is always shy when meeting strangers. Modest, loves her family a lot.

"Really girl. Whenever I initiate a move on one of them they would blush like crazy and don't even talk about the stuttering."

"Why don't you try guys in town."Marcella said looking at her best friend.

"I did actually try but my mom would always lecture me about how they are not good enough. Plus some of them are just wannabe bad boys. They know nothing." Abigail said turning a corner.

"I'm sure you will find your dream guy."
Marcella says as she turns on the radio and looked for a song to play. "Yeah."

Bodak yellow came on one of their favourite songs. Even though Marcella was shy about the swearing she doesnt hold back when with her best friend. They started singing  together.

"Hello b*tch you can't f*ck with me if you wanted to, these are expencive these are bad-"

Just half way through the song they were sudenly blinded by a bright light. "WATCH OUT" Marcella exclaimed when suddenly a car cutting the corner barrels towards them in full speed.
