Charlotte bit her lip as she read through Claire's heart reports.She was weak at heart and she needed a pacemaker,that was the first reason to hire Charlotte and six too

She quietly listens to the Beethoven music in the living room at night while she read the reports.

Suddenly she heard a noise outside,her head snapping up into the direction coming in full alert mode.

She scans the outside pool and deck.Putting the papers under her arm she walks out to see what the noise was

"What?"she mumbled to herself seeing that no one was there outside in the dark night.She hears that voice again and her head snaps to the other side to see Six

"Six?"she calls out to him.He was currently on the roof applying new cameras there.He peeps down from there raising his eyebrows

"Yes?"

"What are you even doing up there?"she sighs

"What does it look like?Im putting up new cameras around the house-

"This late at night?!"she scolded and he didn't seem to be bothered by her sighing and scolding.She gives up by a sigh of defeat and opens the reports

"So I got Claire's reports today...something doesn't seem right six.Her heart is alright but she'll have small attacks until they don't find the cure for it.I talked to the doctor and he said it'll be more frequent and she'll get worse before she gets better six"she looked up at him.

He stopped what he was doing and stared down at her.Yes there he was worried but it was the last thing they wanted for the person they depend to keep them safe to be worried

"I don't know should we take her for a check up tomorrow?"

"I think you need to stop worrying"he said getting up from there and coming down.She watched him biting the inside of her cheek in worry

"Maybe"she sighed rubbing her forehead.He came down and walked towards her putting his hands in his pockets

They never removed eye contact until he was close to her.Something about it comforts them.The way her hair flowed in the night breeze,the way her tired eyes still glistened and glowed with charm.

He had never felt so pressurised by his own self control.He could've stared at her for hours until he snapped out of it

"She's a strong one.Maybe even stronger than me"he shrugged

"Oh that can be true"she said teasing him again.He sighed rolling his eyes looking away from her while she laughed at his reaction

Not gonna lie it made him laugh a bit too.Just the fact that she could laugh all day at him getting annoyed really flipped his heart

"Have you ever dipped your feet in a pool late at night?"she asked removing her shoes.Six raised his eyebrows not sure if he heard her right

"I-no I haven't"

"Well then you're going to have the time of your life.Come on"she said nudging him to come with her while she walked to the pool and sat down on the floor.

She held her pants up and dipped her feet into the water.Six stood there quietly when she turned and nodded at him

"Come on"she patted the floor next to her.He sighed and walked towards her removing his shoots and coat jacket and putting it beside him

He dipped his feet and hissed

"It's cold"he said and she chuckled

"Well what did you expect it's just water"she smiled.He nodded and slowly put his feet in the water
