It was another beautiful day on the Sunny. The Straw Hats had just left Wano, and after having defeated a Yonko, are now enjoying some peace and quiet on the ship...well, close to some peace and quiet at least; not with a boisterous and lively captain running around together with their sniper and doctor for hours playing whatever they could think of. At the moment they seemed to be playing a war game with water guns and a bunch of water balloons.

The rest of the crew were also doing their usual routines, Zoro was training; Sanji was in the kitchen baking some pastries for their afternoon snack; Franky was tinkering around with some new invention for the Sunny; Jinbei was at the helm of the ship; Brook was by Nami's mikan trees, playing a playful tune on his violin; Robin and Nami were on their lounge chairs - Robin with a book in hand, and Nami with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, preoccupied with watching her idiot captain run around laughing hysterically after just being hit by one of Usopp's water balloons.

Everything seemed to be a perfectly fine and normal day for the Straw Hats, if it weren't for the occassional heavy sigh from their mikan loving navigator. Being seated just right beside her, this didn't go unnoticed by Robin.

"What's wrong, Nami? You've been quite antsy since we left Wano"

"H-huh? Ah, it's nothing" Nami replied, quickly glancing at Robin with a shake of her head. Now having a new found interest on her drink.

There was a moment of silence between them, with only the clanking of ice on glass heard as Nami slowly swirled her straw around.

"N-ne, Robin." she whispered. Robin turned her head to find a light blush creeping up on Nami's cheeks. "I feel strange"

Concerned, Robin sat up and put her book down on her lap.

"Do you feel sick? Would you like me to get Chopper?"

"No, it's not that." Nami replied. "It's just...Ever since my fight with Ulti. Whenever I look at him I..." Nami had put down her glass, and was now covering her face with her hands.

"Look at who?" Robin asked curious.

"That idiot"

"Idiot?" Robin turned her head to the others, and immediately spotted their captain, still running around drenched with water "You mean, Luffy?"

"Yeah. I've been feeling strange around him, even just by looking at him my chest feels tight, and I feel all fuzzy"

Robin's eyes grew wide, her mouth slightly agape

"When Ulti told me that Luffy had died, my heart just shattered into pieces, and I felt my whole world came crumbling down"

Slowly, Robin realized what was going on, and a small smile had crept on her lips.

"Then when I saw him after the battle with Kaido,  wounded all over, barely alive, I just couldn't help but run to him...hug him. I felt so relieved, so happy that I thought 'Thank god, you came back to me'" Nami let out a sniffle, her hands still covering her face but Robin could see tears slowly sliding down her cheeks.

"You know Nami. It's no surprise to feel relieved, and happy to see someone you care about alive and well after getting into a fight to the death with one of the strongest pirates known in these seas. I too, not to mention everyone in this crew, felt the same way" Robin said as a matter of fact. "But honestly, when I saw you run to him, and hug him so desperately, I had an inkling that what you felt was something more than just concern for a fellow crewmate and a friend. And with what you're saying to me now, just confirmed it."

"Confirmed what?" Nami asked, lifting her head up from her hands, staring intently at the woman beside her, waiting for an answer.

In between the short silence between them, a soft breeze brushed past them. And as Robin's lips began to form words, Nami's eyes grew larger with surprise.

"You're in love with him."

"Eh?"
