Y/NS POV: I was casually sitting on the couch watching "Purple Hearts" waiting for cash,Kate and maverick to get home. 5 minutes later my best friend texts me.

Right then and there my world was completely shattered. I tears rushed down my face
as I put my phone down facing the back. then cash and maverick and Kate came back.
Immediately wipe my tears off my face. "y/n we're home! Oh there you are, what's wrong?
Why do you look like you were crying?" Kate asked me, as another tear falls down my face maverick looks over at me. " oh it's nothing." I say trying to convince them that nothing was wrong. "There's obviously something wrong". Maverick said as he holds out his hand. I take his hand and he gently walks me to his room and shuts it behind us. "Now, tell me what's wrong". maverick said while putting his finger under my chin, making me look at him.
"my boyfriend... he c-cheated on me with my best friend". as soon as I said that,I broke down. Maverick pulled me into a hug, tightly and not letting go. " y/n I am so sorry".
maverick said sadly. "It's okay, I'm tired". I say as he releases me, " wanna go to bed?"
mav asks me. "Yes pls". I say as maverick laughs and tells cash and Kate we're going to bed.
as I lay on the bed, maverick takes off his shirt and I watch, I blushed quickly, but I brushed it off before he could notice. "maverick?" I say quietly as he gets into bed. " yes?" Mav responded. " can we snuggle?" I ask . "Anything for you" maverick says with a smile.
he lays on top of my chest, as he falls asleep as I play with his hair, I kiss the top of his head.
It felt so comforting having him in my arms. Oh no. Was I catching feelings? I thought to myself. I brushed the thought off and went to bed. it was the next morning and some how I woke up to being ontop of maverick. I blushed a little. "Good morning beautiful". Maverick says as I sit up still on top of him. "good morning" I say as I rub my eyes. "How'd you sleep?"
Maverick asks me. "Amazing, hbu" I ask the question back to him. "Amazing, cause I was ontop of You, snuggling" maverick says with a smirk. "stop teasing!" I say as I hit him with a pillow. I get off maverick and tried to leave the room but maverick quickly shot up and pulled me back down. "why are you leaving so fast?"maverick says while staring into my eyes.
I blushed a little. Mav definitely noticed. "are you blushingggggggg???" Maverick says teasing me with a smirk. "NO IM NOT!" I yell as I run out his room . "Yo y/n whats going on" cash says while laughing. "Mav keeps on teasing me. I hate it when he does that". I say annoyed
"oh girl come on, you like it and you know you do, cause you like him" Kate says smirking.
"wait, she likes maverick?!" Cash yells a little. "CASH SHUT UP. AND NO I DON'T!!!" I yell at cash and run to the bathroom and slam it shut. "Jeez" Kate says. I sigh and check my Instagram and the first thing that comes up is maverick, with his beautiful blue eyes, and he had his hands running through his hair, shirtless. Before I knew it I was blushing. I felt someone behind me. I turn around and it was maverick smirking. he pushes me against the counter and puts his hands around my waist. goddamn I wanted to kiss him. But he probably doesn't even like me back. just teasing me again. I bit my lip to contain myself, but that made things even worse. maverick removed my finger from my lips and got closer to me. He looked at my lips and walked away. " DAMN IT!" I yell and get my clothes out mavericks room and get dressed. " I'm going out guys" I said to all three of them. "Where? and who are you going with? Your not leaving the house like that." This is what I had on.

"it's not even that bad! And why do you care? It's none of your damn business anyways"
I say to him still upset from earlier and walk out the apartment. "Maverick, I think you made her upset" cash says to mav. "what did I do?" Maverick questions him. " well y/n was mad because you were teasing Her. Dude she likes you and it's obvious you like her too". Kate says. "Yeah right"
Maverick says walking to his room rolling his eyes. As I'm driving I get a call from "Mav😩💕" I answer. "What do you want maverick. I'm driving". I say with additude. "Are you that mad at me?" Maverick asked."yes". And I hung up continuously driving. I get to my friend brooks house. I walk up to her door and ring her doorbell. " Heyy y/n whats up?" Brook says politely. " nothing I just wanted to see if you wanted to hand out today!" I say excitedly. " sure! Come Inside" ^time skip^ Me and brook were talking about school and stuff. when I get a text from maverick.

Me: no

"Omg who's that?" Brook asks excitedly. " mav" I say while rolling my eyes.
"Is he cute?" Brook asks me making me look at her confused. " yes, he's so fine.
But he keeps teasing me and I don't like it.earlier he was teasing me in the bathroom.
He pushed me against the counter and grabbed my waist and got closer to my face almost kissing me. And then he just walked away. "That's a sign. When a boy teases you, he likes you" we both laugh. An hour later i go back to the apartment.
