Chapter 1: The mission

Mia checked her watch she was so anxious. She was sure Alex was going to ask her to be his girlfriend. Even though he was dating Mimi he must have broke up with her. Mimi is the top detective assistant which of course Branden is the top detective. Mimi had been bragging about it. She had also been flirting with Branden saying that they were soulmates. Branden finally gave in and agreed to date Mimi. Mimi had been smirking and bragging at school. She shook her head and began getting ready for the meeting. She began getting the dress on when she heard bangs on the window. Looking outside she saw Mimi throwing rocks at her window. Mimi held up a sign that read look ugly like usual for the meeting he's mine! Mia then lifted up the window and caught a rock that Mimi threw at her. Mia then threw the rock back at Mimi. Mia then shouted,"who said that"? Mia then shut the window and closed the blinds. Mia then heard frantic footsteps coming up the stairs. Mia opened the door to her bedroom to see her mom and dad running upstairs. Hannah was crying with a imprint in her head. Mia was horrified she slid downstairs saw a broken window. Mia heard Mimi running away. Mia jumped out the window and grabbed her motorcycle and rode after her. Mia entercepted Mimi and punched her. Mia screamed,"what did you do to Hannah"?! Mimi laughed and said,"shouldn't have threw the rock back at me". Mimi then smirked and whispered," he's mine".  Then rode away with A smirk. Mia shook her head and rode back to her house. When she got back Hannah had passed out. Mia's mom was crying and holding Hannah. Mia's dad was calling the police and A ambulance. Mia shook her head and ran upstairs crying. Mia didn't even care that her makeup was ruined. Mia was beating her mannequin when her dad came in. Mia stared at him when he barged he never did that. Mia waited for him to speak," the officers want to question you". Mia nodded and walked out of the room. Mia slid down the banister to see police officers talking to her mom. Mia looked for the ambulance and finally found it with Hannah inside. Mia heard someone walk towards her. Mia spun around and kicked the air. Mia then realized and slammed her foot down. "Never sneak up on me like that", Mia hissed. Mia was surprised to see Branden there. Branden smirked
