Jason Swan- Alice Cullen (Rewrite)

Chapter 1

They say a brothers love is the greatest love a girl will ever receive, a brother is kind, he is caring, loving, he'd make fun of his siblings all he could but most of all a brother is fiercely protective over his siblings.

That was no different for Jason Swan, he loved his sister, his mother and his father with all of his heart so leaving was the single most hardest thing he ever had to do.

Jason Swan was born three years before Bella, he was always a quite child many thought that he would never speak but when his little sister arrived into this world it was like he had a purpose, it was like he had a reason to speak now, to defend his sweet innocent sister from the pains and horrors of this world, which is what he did, for eighteen years of his life he moved from forks to Phoenix and back every single year just to make sure his little sister was always safe and protected in any school that she went to.

Until he enlisted in the army. It came as a shock to many people when he did, especially his mother but the real person in shock was Bella, Jason and Bella always promised each other they would be by each other's side for as long as they could and now he had enlisted in the army where he would eventually go to war.

Jason had some much anger in his heart that he could let his sister see, that's why he enlisted, enlisting would become both his best and worst mistakes in life.

It has been three years, two days, nine hours and twelve seconds since Jason swan left his family.

It has been two years, eleven days, six hours and ninety two seconds since Jason swan last talked to his mother or his sister or even his father.

It has been two years, four days and eighteen hours since Jason swan became the youngest ever major in the army.

It has been one year, six months, two hours, and nine seconds since Renee Dwyer received a lager that her son was MIA

It has been six months, three days, one hour and fifty six seconds since Renee and Charlie were told that it was highly likely that their son would never return home and that he was likely dead.

It has been one day, sixteen hours, twenty seven minutes and fifty two seconds since Charlie swan received a call from his son stating he'd be home.

The call obviously came as a shock to his father, of course it had the boy had been missing for such a long time that nobody knew if he was alive or not but now his father did, his father was the only one in the entire world that knew he was alive, which is why he was the only one that could pick him up from the airport.

Jason stood in the little airport with his bags at his side and a cane supporting him.

Charlie swan looked towards his son and couldn't help the smile that came to his face "Jason" he whispered
The swan soldier looked to his dad and smiled "hey dad" he mumbled as he limped over to him and hugged him gently
"Where's Isa" he whispered
"With her boyfriend yet again" Charlie mumbled
"Take me too them then" he smirked slightly making his father chuckle
"As you wish" he smiled

Charlie carefully helped his son into his cruiser before he started driving towards where his sister was.

"Um how are you" he whispered
"I'll be okay dad, nothing I cannot handle" he smiled a little though the smile did not reach his eyes.

The rest of the car journey was silent until they pulled up to a modern looking house "Isa's dating a rich boy, I am slowly hating him more" he mumbled as he grabbed his cane and limped towards the door before knocking.

It only took a few seconds before a woman who radiated motherly energy opened the door "good afternoon"
"Hello I'm looking for Isabella Swan" he mumbled
The woman frowned a little before she nodded "come in, sit down, my Husband, son, Daughter and Bella should be home soon" she smiled a little and guided him up to the living room

"I'm Esme" she smiled as she held her hand out to him.
He looked at her "Jason. Jason swan" he mumbled watching her eyes go wide for a second before she smiled

The two of them sat in a comfortable silence for a few minutes before a blonde man ran into the room, as he looked up he smiled "Carlisle Cullen" he chuckled
Carlisle snapped his head towards him and smiled "Jase" he mumbled before bringing the man into a hug  "How's your leg" he mumbled
"It's a pain in my ass if I'm honest" he smiled

He froze slightly as he heard his sisters laugh before he smiled "hey Carlisle who's your friend" Bella smiled
"Has it really been that long dear sister" he whispered as he slowly turned around and looked at her.

He watched as her eyes widened and she gasped, small tears appearing in her eyes before she rushed over to him she wrapped her arms around him tightly causing him to grunt slightly in pain as his cane fell to the floor.
"Don't cry" he whispered softly as he held her tightly
"I can't believe your alive" she whispered as she cried into his shoulder
"I told you the day I left that getting rid of me would be extremely difficult Isa" he smiled "now let ho a second love" he mumbled as he leaned down and grabbed his cane.

He looked around before his eyes hardened on the boy his father gave him a description of before he walked over to him and used his cane to push the boy against the wall "now let's have a chat shall we, Carlisle you don't mind do you" he smirked looking at his friend
"If I'm honest I doubt I could stop you if I tried" he mumbled
"Good. How dare you leave my sister in the middle of the woods, how dare you cause her pain and then suddenly come back as if you did nothing wrong" he growled loudly "If you ever hurt my sister ever again I'll kill you" he mumbled before he moved back and leaned on the wall.

Bella looked to her brother in shock knowing that Edward was a vampire meaning he was stronger than Jason and yet he had hurt and pushed Edward around as if he weighed nothing.

Alice skipped into the room with Jasper and her sister by her side and smiled before frowning as she looked around the room before her gaze landed on the elder swan sibling and her world seemed to stop.
