I just got off the bus. I heard screaming and yelling when I opened the door. It was mom and dad fighting. "I'm home." I said. They were still fighting, ignoring me." I am thinking about leaving." I said. They still ignored me. So I got a empty backpack and stuffed a journal, pencil, clothes, my phone, headphones, jacket and food,water, a knife, rope, blanket.I wrote a note saying: I doubt you will read this but, I decided I'm just useless. I will be leaving. I doubt you will try to find me but goodbye. I taped the note on my door. "Well goodbye." I mumbled. I opened my window and started on the trail.
