Hot Pants x Reader

~ I had a dream. ~

     Hot Pants was looking for a place to rest after a rough fight, since the last enemy she encountered was very challenging. Looking for a big enough shadow to fit both her and her horse, she saw trails of blood all around a big rock.

     Nearby to her, another figure could be seen. It was a young woman. She was a bloody mess and was lying down under the shade of the large stones while holding the right side of her stomach. She was nearly unconscious and appeared to be having trouble breathing.

     The tall woman walked up to the young girl and sat down next to her. She placed the hair covering her face behind her ears with her hand.

     << Hey. Are you alright? >> She inquired worriedly as the unidentified youngster just partially opened her eyes to view the person in front of her.

     << Thank God. >> She sighed feeling optimistic. Finally, someone found her.

     << What happened? >> Hot Pants questioned.

     Normally, she wouldn't give injured individuals much thought, but she was compelled to aid the young lady.

     << Some folks.... wanted my horse... >> She spoke slowly and weakly, exhaling after each sentence. << I didn't... want to give him away... I was stabbed by them. They.... Snatched him and left... >> She explained.

     << That's terrible. Why on earth did they even need your horse?>> The pink-haired woman questioned. << If it's a race, shouldn't they already have their own horses? >>

     << He won.... The blond girl responded, this time coughing, << twice in the past...racing. >>

     The not so older woman  lacked any suitable responses. She was now concentrating entirely on tending to the injuries.

     << I hope it's okay if I have to slightly lower your shorts to clean the wound. >> She awaited for consent before touching her.

     << Go on. >> Despite her best efforts, the girl's eyes eventually closed.

     Before using her spray, "cream starter" on the stabbing to seal it, Hot Pants cleaned up all the blood from the area around the wound. She continued to wash the rest of the girl's body after that.

     << You ought to be fine. Fortunately, it doesn't appear that any organ was harmed by the knife. You'll feel weak for a few days because you recently lost a lot of blood. I'll look after you, so don't be concerned. >> She clarified.

     She was met by the younger's most beautiful smile.

     << I appreciate you, my saviour. I'll... Ensure that I repay the favour. >> The girl said and exhaled deeply.

     << No need. I'll rest here with you for the afternoon. By the way, my name is Hot Pants. Nice to meet you. >> The woman made a formal introduction, taking out a water bottle from her bag and then handing it to the girl to drink.

     << My name is Renesmee. It's a pleasure to meet you! >> She answered after taking a sip.

     After treating Renesmee, Hot Pants sat in the lotus pose and rested her back on the rock behind her.

     << So. Why are you competing? >> She tried to get to know the girl a little better.
<< I need the money.... My little ... Sister is at the hospital. >> Coughed. << She has to ... undergo a surgery. I couldn't afford it. >> She replied still breathing hardly.
