James' POV

The morning after Raven came back she had me call our dad and tell him that she had gone missing a few days ago and that I had left town to try and find her.

We decided to come up with some lie about her not being able to live without mom and that she ran away.

Like expected dad faked his surprise and started sobbing into the phone, crying out about how he hoped his little girl was okay.

Harry and Roman had gone to the police station to talk to the chief of police to fill him in on our plan.

Three days later I am now on my way back to the place that Raven and I use to call home.

I pull into my driveway and shut the car off.

I've been nervous the entire ride home. I don't know if this is gonna work or not, but I know I have to make it seem real. Cause if I don't we're all dead.

Stepping out of the car I quickly lock the doors behind me. My dad's car is sitting in front of my car along with that woman's car.

What's her name again? Vicky?

Jogging up the porch steps I take a deep breath and open the door. I can hear my dad and that Vicky chick talking in the kitchen.

"Dad!" I call out as I walk towards the kitchen entrance.

"James. Is that you?" My dad asks in shock.

"Yeah. " I say as I enter the kitchen.

I have my hands stuffed into my pockets and I'm looking down at the ground.

"What's wrong son? I thought you were looking for Raven?"

I sniffle.

"I uh I found her." I whisper.

"Well where is she?" He questioned.

"I got a call late last night from some policemen. He said that they found a young girl's body in Silver Park. He asked me to come and identify the body since they were sure it was Raven." I recalled.

My dad looks back at Vicky and then at me.

"Well, was it her?" He inquired.

"I couldn't even look at her dad." I whisper. "She was so pale, her lips were a light blue color and she just looked like she was asleep."

My dad takes a deep breath and sits down in one of the counter chairs.

"My little girl is gone? No that can't be true. She's just sleeping James. She's gonna wake up tomorrow and ask you to make her something to eat before she goes to school." He says in a low voice.

"Damn it dad! My little sister is gone. She's lying in a body bag on her way over here. She won't be waking up ever again. She's gone just like mom is!"

Tears are streaming down my face and my breathing has become hard.

My dad looks up at me with tears in his eyes.

"What are we gonna do?" He asks me.

"We're gonna bury her right next to mom." My dad slowly nods his head and runs a hand down his face.

He sniffs as he gets up.

"We should do it soon. Two days should be enough time don't you think?" My dad asks as he leans against the counter.

I nod my head and wipe away my tears.

"I'm gonna go for a walk. The coroner people said they would call once Raven's body was in town."
