Sit there and relax for about a minute or so. After say your affirmations, start counting, meanwhile or after you count say who you want to be, what age you want to be, and the place your going. Try to imagine the place you are going, also imagine yourself getting up and walking in the place.Once done, say affirmations again, you might not always feel symptoms.at this point, if u are still in the middle of shifting, think of a script, like 'I can't die' and other stuff. Just repeat the counting and affirmations until you want to stop. When you stop just carry on saying your affirmations.Close your eyes and imagine YOU are in the Dr already but with your eyes clothes. When you feel like your there, don't open your eyes just yet. Wait for about a minute and then open. YOU HAVE ARRIVED!!!!
