I could feel the heat of the fire burn my face as I gently placed your body on the ground wiping back my tears. The sky was a blaze roaring freely and cackling in misery. I stood up grabbing my sword my knuckles turning white from the grip. I looked straight ahead to Sir who stood there pleased as if this was the moment he had been waiting for.
My heart began to pound wildly in my ears and I clenched my jaw glaring directly at him. I stepped over your body carefully trying to not look at you. My vision became a tunnel leading directly to Sir, the reason to all of our problems. I screamed charging forward into the last fight I hoped to ever have.
Sir cackled at me raising his arm with his palm pointing to me. Black spewed out from the center of his hand. It wrapped around me squeezing my sides tightly. I shut my eyes tight clenching my jaw trying not to scream my last breath. I could hear one of my ribs crack as the black sludge slung me against a tree. I slid down the bark, my back scrapping against it. I leaned heavily on my knee as I slowly raised back to my feet.
I raised my sword up ready to charge again. The black sludge wrapped itself around my feet and I began to cut at it but my sword just sliced through like it was a cloud. It yanked my feet out from under me and I fell on my back knocking the wind out of me. I rolled onto my stomach grabbing a root from the tree pulling myself up as the black sludge tried to drag me away.
I could hear Sir worming himself into my mind taunting me. He shoved my head into the dirt and I coughed it out spitting and sucking in more breath. The black sludge let go of my feet and I scrambled up snatching my sword from off the ground. I whipped around to face Sir but he was gone. I looked around me quickly but I couldn't find him.
"Come out you coward!" I screamed. "Show yourself!" My throat became raw as I began to screech like a banshee. "Where are you!?"
"Enough of your whining already." I whirled around to see Sir leaning against the tree holding his head dramatically, "Your giving me a migraine."
I ran at him stabbing my sword forward. At the last second he vanished and my sword got stuck in the trunk. I braced my foot against the tree and pulled my sword out of the trunk.
"Seriously? Come on, let's just chat. Don't I get to at least say my side?" Sir appeared behind me. I turned around and slashed into air as he vanished again.
"See, this is really just a very big misunderstanding. Honestly, I'm as gentle as a hornet." He smiled sitting on a tree branch swinging his legs back and forth like a child.
"Enough! Stop it! Just come down here and fight me!" I yelled.
"You're so feisty. I like you." He tilted his head to the side tapping his finger against his cheek, "Not enough to not kill you though." He hopped down the twenty five feet landing gracefully. He smiled sickly and his eyes grew dark black.
I took a step away from his hesitating and he laughed. Taking a deep breath I took a step forward but that made him laugh even harder. I clenched my jaw so hard I could hear one of my back molars crunch as I broke it. I raised my eyes to meet Sir. I stood tall and straight holding my sword tightly.
"I'm not afraid of you." I whispered.
"What was that dear?" He cupped his hand to his ear leaning closer to me.
"I'm not afraid of you." I said.
He took another step closer to me, "One more time with conviction!" He mocked.
"I'm not afraid of you!" I screamed and sliced my sword into his cheek. He made this awful sound that deafened my ears. I winced at the sound dropping my sword. I placed my hands overs my ears tightly doubling over from the wave lengths.
"You will bow down to me!" It was horrid. I felt like it was not only outside but inside my body. It pressed itself against my head pushing it in and out at the same time.
I stumbled placing my hand down for support. "No!" I yelled. I began to get dizzy and I felt like I was going to puke.
I felt Sir next to me. His hot sticky breath was on the back of my neck. I cried out in pain. "You think you're brave? You think you can beat me? Me?! I am Sir! I am the ruler! I win! Do you see your precious Great Leader? Where is He? I'm here! Not Him! I am the ruler! Not Him! I am king!" Spit flew from his mouth onto me and it burned my skin.
I turned around and placed my hand over his heart, "Yeah? You could use a little joy." I began to pump Joy into him in large quantities. He looked down as Joy spread through his body. His lips puckered in anger as he grabbed my wrist twisting it back away from him. I screamed as he flipped my entire body over breaking my arm like a twig. It hung loosely out of its socket.
"You are so stupid." He shook his head smiling.
"Enough!" We both turned to see Judge standing there, "let the imbecile go Sir."
"Judge, how awful it is to see you."
"Stop it, you're making me blush." I rolled my eyes at the two of them.
"Enough flirting though, I can't let this one go and you know that." Sir replied snickering.
"Good thing I didn't ask you."
I looked at Sir as he raised his hand again and the black sludge spewed out. I blinked and saw books.
