Nexus State University –– Jungkook wandered around his dorm room filled with boredom while his roommate was out for the day. Normally Jungkook was the one to wake up earlier than his hyung, however, today was different. Today Yoongi told Jungkook he had to go out of town to visit his elder brother for a while, and to inform his boyfriends since he wouldn't have time to and wouldn't have any reception to call or message them.

It was a task that was both easy, and bothersome for the ravenous-haired male. Jungkook sat in his room letting a breathy sigh slip past his lips, trying to think of something he could do to pass the time. Before he could conjure up any ideas his silence was interrupted by a pounding on the dorm door. "One second" he semi shouted heading, hauling himself out of his bed sliding against the tile floor sections, switching back to walking once the tile switched back to carpeting.

As he got to the door, he boosted himself up slightly, peering through the peephole to make sure who was standing outside. He lowered himself back down to his normal height, unlocking the top and bottom locks on the door, pulling the door open to let his friends in. "Oh hey, what's up?" he asked both happy and confused as to why they were at his door already.

"Nothing much just bored and we couldn't find Joon so we assumed he'd be over here with you guys already" the shortest of the group explained, while they made their way into the dorm. Jungkook sat down in the living room area looking at them expressionlessly for a moment at their words. "Oh, he's not here." he simply replied.

"Now that you bring that up, Yoongi isn't here either, he told me to tell you that he's visiting his brother, and he won't be able to receive or send calls and messages" he spoke in a monotone voice. Jimin and Hoseok let out a sigh in, somewhat unison, "I know we shouldn't feel upset because his brother is very sick but, we can't help but feel a bit down when he goes away every week" Jimin huffed.

Taehyung smiled at his friend reaching over to pat his head, "Don't worry Chim, I'm sure Yoongi misses you two just as much as you both miss him. He'll be back later today, as usual, don't get yourself too upset about it" he offered comforting words to him. Though he was unaware of the jealous stare a certain someone held on their face.

Jin spoke up suddenly drawing everyone's attention towards himself, "I also feel bad for Joonie, it must really suck to have to go to the hospital every week for tests and shots. Sometimes I really wanna go with him but he won't let me" he sighed. "I shouldn't take it personally, not like we're dating or anything" he chuckled slightly.

"Jin-hyung, Namjoon hyung is fine. Don't worry about him, same for Jimin and Hoseok hyungs, Yoongi is fine, don't worry about him" Jungkook stood up walking to his room without another word.

The boys looked at one another confused by Jungkook's recent behavior, Taehyung got up trailing behind the youngest of the group. He knocked on the door leaving the others to talk about their absent boyfriend and crush. "Come in".

Upon hearing the younger's response to his knocking, he opened the door carefully, closing it behind himself in the same motion. "Hey, you okay Kookie? You seemed upset" he walked over to him and sat on his bed, taking a seat next to him.

Jungkook would be lying if he said his heart didn't thump a bit faster than its resting rhythm seeing Taehyung coming to check on him. "I'm okay, just a bit...stressed" he smiled softly at his hyung. Taehyung suddenly pulled him into a hug, moving his hand to pat his head, "Don't worry Kookie, just relax and try to forget about anything that's causing you too much stress".

"Okay, yeah" the younger nodded sitting still as Taehyung hugged him, he wanted to hug him back but something was holding him back. He hated the fact every time Taehyung was being nice to him, or showed him any sincere care and concern his body wouldn't let him reciprocate.

It was like something wouldn't let him truly be happy with him around, even though he wanted to he wasn't allowed to yet.

Taehyung loosened his hold, eventually letting go of Jungkook entirely. "Hey let's go out somewhere with the others, we don't have to wait around the dorm for Yoongi and Joon to get back", he suggested getting up and waiting for Jungkook by the door.

"Oh, yeah sure that would be more fun" Kook spoke while getting up, and heading back to the living room with the other. Jimin and the others had veered off to a new conversation from what the two youngest could gather from the bits and pieces they heard. "A gorilla is not beating a fucking bear hyung, it's literally not even a question" Jhope shook his head at the eldest of them all. "Have you seen King Kong?- Oh Tae and Kook are back" Jin looked over to the youngers.

Taehyung hummed with a nod walking to the front door with Jungkook, "Yeah we're gonna go to something fun while we wait for the other two, coming with?" he asked opening the door. "Might as well, no use moping around while they're gone I suppose" Jin sighed while Jimin and Jhope hopped up excitedly.

"Exactly, I couldn't have said it better myself hyung" Jungkook smiled heading out of the dorm, tossing his keys to Jin to lock the door while the younger of the 5 ran down the hall to Jin's car.

Once they got to the car they piled in with the three youngest in the back seat, once each of them was in the car they drove around looking for something to do, before deciding to head to Pinstack to play games and eat food.

"Can we play laser tag before we go at least once?" Jungkook asked, with round doe eyes that no one could say no to. "Sure, we can do it around the time we're gonna leave so we have something fun to do all together before we go" Jin explained.

They parked near the entrance to avoid walking too far from the car, heading inside to the counter to buy their game passes. The boys walked around playing different games together and taking pictures while they did.

After a few hours passed of the boys playing around and snapping photos left and right, Jimin pulled his phone from his pocket smiling at the notification, "Guys, Yoongi is back, I sent him our location he said he'll be here soon, plus he ran into Joon on the way back to the dorms so they'll both be here in a few minutes" he announced earning a nod from a two and a smile from the other two.

"Of course, they will" Jungkook spoke before walking away to recharge his card for the 5th time they'd been there already.
