"Okay I can do this. " I said to myself.
Tonight was the night I'm going to finally go through with the plan I've had since I was 10 . I'm going to commit . I'm finally going to give them what the want. I'm going to stop causing their suffering.
I'm going to do it to make them happy. No one wants me here. I shouldn't have even been born .
All I've ever caused are tragedies I should've never have talked I should've stayed mute and keep my promise to him. He was all I cared about .
It should've been ME. No one should've suffered , but me , and of course he had to jump in front of the bullet. The only thing I'm doing is everyone a favor.
That's all I could think about as I stood on the roof of my dads old factory. I stood on the ledge. I was about to walk of when I heard someone say ," Don't I can't see you take your life.." Said a boy .
He looked my age he had chocolate brown eyes and dark brown hair . He was wearing a black shirt with an eclipse on it , he also had on black skinny jeans that hugged his legs nicely. I looked at him in the eyes with tears rolling down my cheeks.
He doesn't want me to fall to my death ? I thought that everyone want be to do. I guess I didn't really think about everybody.
I walk off the ledge and run into his arms. I snaped , tears running down my face .
He was surprised at my actions and patted my back.
No going back now , now that I know that someone cares. Don't take this out of porportion Jaelyn . I don't want to get ahead of myself I don't even know his name. Speaking of him why is he here?
I let go of him. And looked at him, I mean really looked at him.
"Why are you here?" I asked my voice croaking .
He looked down at me surprised that I talked. Then a tear role down his cheek. I rubbed it off.
"I come here every time I think about doing what you were about to do .
"Why you seem perfect? I bet everyone loves you. Your amazing and that's just by me judging you , which I shouldn't be.. But still that's not the point." I said rambling on and on.
"To calm myself down , why are you here? I thought I locked all the doors" He said , saying the last part to himself.
" I have a key , my dad owned the factory. " I told him and looked at the key that I took out of my pocket and showed him.
He took my hand and lead me back to the edge. He sat down and looked down to see the town that was starting to fade away.
I sat down next to him and looked over the city. Then faced him he was staring of to space , I looked to were he was looking and didn't see anything .
"I have to go" he said.
"Wait ! At least give something to stay in contact with you!!!" I said to him .
He ran over to me from where he was and wrote something on my hand with a sharpie I had handed him. Then he went off to the stairs and disappeared.
I didn't even get his name!! I thought and walked back to the ledge.
