1997 in the small town of hardersfield. junior adriana montgomery had a hard past getting bullied and left out in her past friend groups, but she now is the queen of hardersfield high school, shes been the queen since the 6th grade! shes honestly kinda bitchy.. she's the captain of the cheer team and pulled the whole football team, little do they know she has some secrets behind those sparkly brown eyes.. since 4th grade adriana had a friend group, a friend group with five girls adriana, grace williams, natalia lopez, kendell crawford, and maya walker. out of the group of the five girls they always left one out.. which was grace and it always seemed that adriana would always be the one who would intentionally leave her out by not inviting her to anything or just ignoring her in general it's sad because grace was genuinely very sweet, she would have never done anything to hurt anybody. grace has been through some heavy shit, graces father died when she was only 4. grace is slightly happy with the life she has now with her mother and her older sister gloria! grace loves her friends, especially her best friend natalia.. natalia is one of the girls in the group, yes! but natalia would still always stick up for her when the group tried to do wrong towards her, her and natalia were best friends since the 4th grade! natalia is a loyal and genuine friend just like grace. natalia and grace were best friends before the group even became a thing but in 5th grade thanks to adriana she put them all together, adriana was the leader of the group, she would always get pissed when the group didn't know what she wanted to do or didn't agree with her. although adriana was a complete bitch people admired her especially maya walker, maya is the newer one to the group, she joined them in 7th grade because she was the new girl at school. maya used to be the "nerdy new girl" and all maya could wish was to be popular and pretty, every night she would pray to be prettier or popular.. it never worked, till she met adriana and the group of course. before she met them personally she admired them all. they were all pretty, popular, rich, and confident! that's all maya wanted to be since she was little. again thanks to adriana gave maya everything she's always dreamed of "popularity" and "beauty" by just a simple makeover. adriana's best friend is kendall, kendall crawford. kendall is the type of girl you call to do dumb ass shit like egg a house, get high, or even go partying. she was always up for a challenge! she was very popular, but it was known of doing stupid stuff of course, everybody would call her a slut because she would usually get drunk at parties and then sleep with a boy the night. deep down kendall was actually very scared with everything but she just didn't wanna every show it because she was scared of getting hated! even tho she was a badass everybody already did kinda hate her based on her horrible actions she made. adriana and kendall were best friends because kendall would always agree to do bitchy, crazy, stupid stuff with adriana. one thing they have in common is that there both bitchy as fuck! people admired adriana but hated her at the same time but with kendall, kendall didn't hate her at all. kendall loved adriana genuinely platonically. kendall genuinely saw adriana as her best friend, so did adriana but adriana rarely showed it. there was only one person adriana showed true genuine affection too.. graces sister, gloria williams. gloria was never in the group, she is the exact opposite of all the girls. she's not popular, or guys don't like her. she's not like them, she's unbothered about popularity, and she's unbothered about the negative things people have to say about her.
