Chapter 7

Aera's POV

Today is the first day of the MV shoot for my title track which has a dark genre. It's about a girl who has become a lady and she's now part of the society she has once feared. And she remembers the days when she was just a girl living a relaxing life filled with happiness. But now she's busy with things like work.

The first set is in an office and what I'm wearing is a dark suit with long blazer. It has kind of like 'not going with the flow' concept because everyone else is wearing bright colors.

The MV shoot for the title track consists of three days, that's because in one music video thare are a lot of different scenes.

The staffs and production team is really patient and kind. They really bear with me and guide me on what to do. My choreographer has adviced me to perfect my gaze with the genre of the dance. It's a hiphop dance - the one I love the most- and the choreography is also tiring.

The second set was in a prison like room and the third set is in the street. And we really brought a lot of extras. Some of them are even fans. There's also a scene where I drive in a car and that went smoothly as well.

And just like that. The mv shoot for the title track is a wrap.

I have spent my days practicing my choreography and vocals as well. The producers called me for an evaluation and they said that there are only little things that I need to do.

"You have a new project, Aera. The HYBE Insight." Manager Kang opened the topic while I was resting; taking a break from practice.

"I've heard of that before. What are the details?" I replied while taking a sip of water.

"You will have a photoshoot in Sunday and you have to record for your area at the Insight next week. You need to sign your posters too. Like, a lot of them. We have also arranged a fanmeeting at a park three weeks from now." She said while she took a seat next to me.

"I see. Okay then. I got it."

"Would you like me to buy you some coffee?"

"Sure, why not. Thank you very much" I replied.

Manager Kang has just went out of the room when my phone started ringing.

Caller : Jay

"Hey, Jay! What made you call me at this hour?" I asked through the line.

"Your brother. He forgot his phone at the dorm. He asked me to call you." He replied. "Talk to your sister." He added, probably talking to Jake.

"Hey, Aira!! I miss you." Jake shouted across the room.

"It's only been more then a week since we last met though." I teased in a soft tone.

"I miss you, anyway. We all do. Ni-ki remembers you in every little thing he sees." Jake complained.

"Yeah. For example, when we were practicing our choreography he just out of the blue said, 'Aera noona can dance really well' and we were shocked because we never mentioned you before." Sunoo added while giggling.

"Awww. Maknae-san really misses me. Actually I'm here in the HYBE Building since morning."

"Really?? Why didn't you tell us?" Jake said in a sad tone.

"You guys should be busy as well, right?" I explained.

"Guys, where's Heeseung hyung?" I heard Jungwon's voice from the call.

"Oh, he said he'll step out for a bit. He went out minutes before we called Aera." Jay replied to Jungwon.

"He didn't return yet?" Sunghoon asked the guys.
