 Author Note:

*EDIT 9/30/23* I've redesigned the cast a little bit, so in order to give you guys an accurate representation of what they look like, I'm adding their reference sheets after their introductions.

I will not be warning for blood, death, and swearing because this is a Fanganronpa. It's recommended that you have a general understanding of the Danganronpa concept before reading this.

"You aren't even the slightest bit scared that this could go poorly?"

"Nah. I'm lucky, remember?"

"You were lucky."

"We'll be fine. We came together so nothing bad will happen."

"...right."

There was a faint click that caught our attention. When we turned there was nothing there.

"Ugh... Do you smell that?"

"Yeah, it's awful."

A horrid stench filled my nose. Without any time to react, my vision quickly faded to black.

* * *

"Hey!" A faint voice called out to me.

My head pounded and my vision was blurry. The room's light was blinding, so I blocked it with my wrist.

"Ugh..." I groaned, my vision slowly clearing. "Where are we, sis?"

"You tell me." She shrugged, glancing around awkwardly. "It was your idea to go to go to the address on the creepy letter."

If it meant we could get them back, then we just had to go.

I took a look around the room my sister and I woke up in. My eyes adjusted to the light, as I took in the oddity that was this room. Or rather, this hallway.

We had woken up on the floor of a hallway.

"What's the last thing you remember?" I turned to my sister.

"The horrible smell once we went inside that old apartment building," She recalled. "You?"

"Same." I sighed.

"We should look around this place to try and figure out what's going on." I suggested.

"Good idea." My twin blindly agreed.

We ventured down the hallway, stumbling across multiple rooms. Each was labeled with a name plate. Two rooms were even labeled with our names, which made my sister make an uncomfortable expression on her face.

"There might be others here," I guessed.

"Do you think our arrival was planned?" My sister asked me. "Based on the rooms, it looks like whoever brought us here knew we were coming."

"Maybe we were brought here to keep that a secret," I hypothesized. "An old apartment isn't the most secure place to talk."

"I dunno," Her voice trailed off as she glanced around. "It makes more sense that we were kidnapped."

We travel down the hall, soon finding ourselves in a dining room. Thirteen others were gathered in there as if they were awaiting our arrival.

"W-Well?" A male in an oversized stumbled over his words. "There's 15 of us h-h-here now."

15? Are they all here for what we're here for?

"What?" I questioned, blinking a few times. "What's going on?"
