Chapter 43 - bye m'lady

Y/n cluelessly went to Hancocks place

she knew it was dumb to head over her place. But she couldn't just let Hancock go without hearing her side of the story

Y/n pressed the doorbell by her gate but no one answered

"Are you certain, Empress, that you do not want the gate opened?" Marg questioned

"Let her suffer. She'll get tired eventually"

"Empress?? I know you're in there. Please, could we talk??" Y/n explained in a rush to the speaker intercom that was next to the gate.

it had already been 5 minutes and Hancock refused to let her in

"Fine! I'll leave!" Y/n shouted

Hancock exhaled a breath of relief. She was about to head on to her room when she heard a thud through the intercom

she checked the camera to see what that noise was but y/n wasn't in the frame

she walked back. "Where is she??"

"Um.. y/n appears to be on the ground.. on the other side of the gate.."

Hancock's eyes slightly widened and she finally opens the front door

and to her shock, she found Y/n lying unconscious on the ground within their gate.

she quickly ran over to her and pulled her up

"Idiot! Did you really try to jump over the gate??"

Y/n paused her performance for a split second and closed one eye while giving Hancock a single wink.

"Gotchu"

Hancock dropped her to the ground, her eyes narrowing in annoyance.

"Ahh wait.." Y/n say, grabbing her hand

"If you don't let go right now, I'll break every bone in your body," Hancock threatened

y/n didnt move as she didn't care for her threats

"I don't care .. I just want you to hear me out for a second.."

hancock was unsure until she took a good look at y/n

there was a slight bruise just by her shoulder and near her collarbone

and she soon became enraged, thinking it was a hickey

"LET GO" Hancock smacked her hand and went inside

Y/n groaned as she hurried after her, but she was swift enough to shut the door in front of her face.

y/n pounded on the door. "WHY WONT YOU LISTEN TO ME!?"

"What happened Empress?" Her servants asked

She walked to her room with a dark aura surrounding her, "Whatever happens, don't let her in."

Y/n sat just outside their steps, not leaving until Hancock talks to her

"this is so frustrating!" y/n grunted

After some time had passed, Y/n was dozing off to sleep when the door suddenly opened.

y/n's face lit up but soon frowned upon seeing Grandma Nyon instead

"Brat? What the hell are you still doing here??"

"Um.. is Hancock.. I mean the Empress.. still not going to come down?"

"Why? Did you both get into a heated fight or something?" she snickered
