There are no suppositions nor do I intend to prove anything with what I am writing. For my part I intend to follow in great historians footsteps and remove my opinion and feelings from this treatise to ensure maximum value to the human species. It is my goal to lay a simple, concise, and factually accurate report of the major details from each major era of known human history. It is my belief that the pattern of annihilation lies clear to see in the fall of the greatest civilized societies across the planet and time, and furthermore I suspect that the clever truth of this works name will become unalienable self-evident proof. Goal is to emulate the conciseness I found contained within Niccolò Machiavelli's "The Prince" which taught me a great deal about humanity and history in one of the smallest books I've ever read. Not overwrought with flowery prose but elegantly concise to the point. That is in my estimation how history should be taught, and it is my attempt to aim to hit this mark though I fully expect to fail. I do know the real value of this works lies not in the writing of it, the reading of it, but the act of aspiring to achieve the results while compiling a contemporary history of human species. Many great men and women have undertaken this goal, and I am honoured to have the free-will just to make my attempt. The purpose is simple. I believe through this attempt on day rather tomorrow or thousands of years from now humanity may come to better understand their plight, take control, and end human suffering. I dedicated this work to GOD almighty who in my belief without I couldn't write this at all, and that history shows the true face of.
Each chapter is written as a small essay meant to be read quickly and easily and will focus on a period of time. Some will be larger than others. Ancient times things move much slower, but with progress of technology came increased social problems. Each chapter will focus on the social problems introduced by this period, and how the previous periods social problems continued to function without solution. Where social problems were overcome the people responsible and situation will be explored. Book will broken down into epochs and the shifts between eras focusing on the "climatical" period of each era. Thus the beginning dives into what is known about the ancient kingdoms of Samaria and the Sumer wars leading to the collapse of that first true Empire. Next we'll turn to the monolithic epoch of "building" focusing upon the Egyptians and the major wars of their periods, leading to the rise of Persian Empire slave empire, turning to epoch of the first Reich lead by Alexander the great under the Greek Empire, than to the Roman Republic history s deeply influenced by Greco history that history defines it as Greco-Roman focusing on the 2nd Reich of Julius Caesar leading to collapse of Rome Republic into the Empire, exploring the creation of the Roman Empire cult of the Caesars dominating the world focusing on the Pax Romana through the 5 tyrant emperors, leading to next chapter of Constantine creation of Catholicism creating the Prince Machiavelli named his book after impact on the world through crusades, here's where the pattern shifts away from nations to private families that would become more powerful than nations such as the Medici creation of wealth through banking funding the renaissance through exploitation of the Catholic church tithes, which leads to the examination of the British crowns rebellion against the papacy leading to the Spanish Armada which ended up creating the British Empire afterwards leading to the mass horrors already underway of colonialism, and this created the upheaval of American revolution. I believe upon examination of this historic events leading to our modern period will make it easier to examine the Napoleonic wars leading into the Great World Wars.
This trudge through the collected refuse of human suffering will I belief or at least hope show humanity how to avoid the pitfalls repeated in all these periods, teach history correctly, and without any moral judgement of any of this actions of any of these societies and people. In the final chapter I shall not write a conclusion to history because it has already created conclusions that effect all living human beings today. History neither needs me to give it credit, nor has needs credit at all. If the old adage "progress marches on" is true as I believe history shows it to be, than it's the power of time itself creating these conclusions, and proves another saying accurate. Time is thee greatest of warriors, what it doesn't change it alters beyond recognition, and if you ponder the subject you find even death answers to the march of time brief moments.
All I can hope is people read my work, consider it, and if I'm lucky share it with others, but I do this not for myself, but for humanity. We must break the cycles, we must learn to be better, or the violence in our nature will always be the image of our maker. May GOD have mercy upon those humanity falls upon with their zealous behaviour which seems to be the only consistent force in human affairs across time. May GOD bless this work, give strength to my hand that write these words, and watch guide me in the journey through human tragedy called history.
