"Are you sure it will work?", the leader of the white hoods presided over the table together with his allies of higher position, among which were Teph, Cleo, Lenin and Sara, the rest of the members, although anonymous, were people of great importance for the leader. The four guards were out of place, because, although respect for the leader was evident, interruptions were common, that behavior would have been totally unacceptable in any official meeting of the guard, but in that strange place, all opinions were heard and debated.

"There are over two hundred of us, they'll barely be a dozen, by the time we've extracted Kia, they won't have had time to bring in reinforcements," another member of the table replied, again without asking permission or letting himself be noticed beforehand.

"It still seems a bit risky to me, we're not entirely sure what defenses they'll have down there," rebutted a member sitting in the other corner, "The spies have done what they could, but the information is hardly verified," the leader nodded at the young woman's argument, but he didn't doubt the information either, so he was still undecided. Then he looked at Lenin, for he was the person with the most experience in this regard.

"Is something the matter? You haven't commented much since we've arrived," Lenin was surprised to see that he was addressing him, excusing himself for his behavior, "Sorry, I'm not used to these kinds of debates."

The leader sketched a smile at hearing that, "From what I understand the guard meetings are more monologues than meetings," he said without malice, "It's certainly much quicker, but.... What if I'm wrong? My word is not heavenly, it's harder to be wrong if you have more points of view," Lenin nodded, it was certainly a very valid reasoning.

The leader pointed to his companions as he continued to explain, the first man who had spoken was a forger, he saw problems as he saw his unshaped metal and solved them with effort, warmth and determination; the lady who had interrupted after that man was a household maid, she and the other girls knew the dirty and clean laundry of many of the high officials. A schoolteacher, a haulier, an artist, a plumber? Those were the top officials of the organization, the ones closest to the leader, and even though they were from such different backgrounds, even though they had no corresponding training, they had managed to do what no one else had done, for they were not strong because of their rank, but because of their very different way of seeing the world.

"As far as I understand, this organization is totally unknown to the guard," Lenin began, "No doubt they will be expecting something, but they would never imagine an army of such size," Lenin was not completely sure of his words either, but it was the best option, everything would be in the hands of the information or lack of it that the enemy had.

The other attendees nodded in agreement, as none could think of a way to rebut that had not already been brought to the table, the leader thanked all those who had attended the meeting and one by one they left the room, the last to leave being the four guards.

Before they crossed the door, the leader approached them to comment something, "I feel that it is a somewhat radical change of scenery, but I hope it will not be of much inconvenience", without a doubt the perplexed face had been of note, especially that of Lenin and Sara.

"Don't worry, during my years in the service I have seen everything, but I certainly had not seen anything like what you have set up in this place, although like everyone, I find it hard to adapt to the new, I also see the good in all this," Lenin replied ashamed for having made the leader believe that all that was a nuisance to him.

"Not to mention the fact that people here don't seem to be cretins like in the guard", added Sara to the note that Sara had said, Lenin looked at him a bit disappointed, thinking to tell him that not everyone was like that, but Sara put her hand on his shoulder with a mocking smile, confirming him that he was.
