Chapter 1

You sat on a bridge, hanging your feet off the edge, swinging them while you were deep in thought. "Man, I'd kill to have some ramen right now." you thought as your stomach growled. As you stood up, you heard a little girl scream. You ran to go see what was the matter. The girl that you heard was being surrounded by vampires. "Shit!" you thought, "I don't know if I can take on all of them!" You decided to try anyway. You picked up a rock and threw it at one of the bloodsuckers. You hit him. He had purple hair and blood-red eyes. "Ouch!" he said in a dramatic tone, "That really hurt! Rene, someone threw a rock at me!" Rene, a tall vampire with long black hair tied in a ponytail and signature blood-red eyes, was sitting on a rock nearby. "That sounds like a you problem, Lacus." Rene deadpanned. Lacus frowned.

You threw more rocks, some at Rene and some at Lacus, both dodged them swiftly. You moved to hide behind a car so you could pull out both of your daggers. As the two vamps came around one side of the car, you ran out by the other, towards the child. You stopped in front of her and guarded her. "STOP OR I'LL KILL YOU!" you yelled. "Who the fuck are you?" Lacus asked. "I am (Y/N)." you said. "The (Y/N)?" said Rene. "Yes, THE (Y/N)." you said "It will be my pleasure killing you, little lamb.~" said by an unknown voice.

You turned around to be face to face with a vampire noble. "And who exactly are you?" you asked with a sassy tone. "My name is Ferid Bathory, Lord Ferid to you, my sweet livestock.~" Ferid said. "Whatever Ferid, let's dance." you said. You backed away from the noble and took a fighting stance. Ferid straightened his posture and put out one of his hands as an invitation for you to go first, which you gladly accepted. You ran towards him at full speed and as you were about to slash him, he vanished. "Too slow.~" said Ferid from behind you. He snaked one arm around your waist and used the other hand to grip your hair and pull your head to the side, revealing your neck. Ferid then sank his fangs into your skin.

You saw the little girl watching on in horror. "RUN CHILD!" you yelled. She ran away after a moment. Ferid quit sucking on the wound he made on yor neck. "Your blood is so sweet.~ I think I'm going to keep you.~" he said. Your neck hurt and your vision was fuzzy. Ferid picked you up like a princess and you let it happen. He drained you of so much blood that you couldn't fight him, no matter how much you wanted to.
