Issac and the Gate Bridge

Prologue

"Dreamers, that's who we are now looking for. The Academy will make their dreams come true." Says Marshal Nartyca, at the grand opening of the brand new Anci Academy. Many people are excited with the new academy, though a few are skeptical.

Jim Paul lowered the Holo-Tablet. He then looked over towards his son, Issac Paul. He knelt down, before picking Issac up in his arms. "Hey little man!" Jim spoke, as his son was laughing.

"Dad, put me down!" Issac giggled, feeling happy inside. Jim lowered his son to the floor. "So, what are you gonna do when you leave the house?" Jim asked Issac. Issac put a hand to his chin, then made a serious face as he thought.

"I wanna be like you Dad, I wanna be a scientist!" Issac replied after a while. That made Jim smile. Jim grabbed his son, and showed him the Holo-Tablet. "See that new Academy they built? I promise you Issac, your gonna be a student there one day." Jim told his son. Issac saw the news article, and his face lit up  with joy.

"Alright! I can't wait to become a true dreamer!" Issac declared, before jumping up onto the couch. Issac then struck a pose, before pushing his glasses on his face. "I am Issac Paul, and I promise I would make this world a better place!" Issac spoke, before bursting into laughter.

"How'd I do dad?" Issac asked. Jim just knelt down, and wrapped his arms around his son. "You're gonna change the world someday, I just know it!" Jim replied. And they hugged for a long time. Jim then picked up his son, and carried him to his bed.

Soon, Issac was ready to sleep. "Dad," Issac suddenly said, making Jim turn around. "Will I really change the world one day?" He asked. Jim just tucked him into bed, before pulling the covers over him. "No son, you're gonna change the entire universe." Jim replied, before closing the door.

Issac closed his eyes, and drifted to sleep. He dreamed of one day becoming the world's greatest scientist. Little did he know, he was gonna get a lot more than he bargained for. Nobody knew what they were getting themselves into.

Why, hello my amazing audience! Welcome to the first side story of the Anciridian storyline! This is neither a prequel or sequel to any of the storyline, but it will have references.

Next chapter will be a time jump to Issac's first day working at the capitol, along with the friends he met at the academy. I will have flashbacks during the story, but the concept (at least in my head) will be fantastic. So sit back, relax, and enjoy reading!
