Chapter Nine: Infiltration Manifestation

Soo, I've been a bit absent in writing and I am sorry for that. Many things have happened, personal things. I started school, I transferred to another because I moved stayed just three days into the new school year, and it's only been more chaotic till now.

Now that I have kinda settled in, I'm sure I can now update more frequently, so expect that and thank you for your unending support!

Third Person

Running.

Where? She didn't know.

But what she did, was that she had to skedaddle, else she'd be pummeled.
The girl didn't even want to guess the other two people's strength levels.

Actually, she didn't want to think at all, so instead she headed south with her mental compass, which as you know is not that astounding, negotiating with herself that Konahagakure would be there.

Now for the hard part, following through with the plan.

And so with a sojourn sigh, the rōnin began sprinting into the wilderness.

She just couldn't believe it, even with the limitations off she still couldn't beat him.

Her palms burned.

Her chakra reserves were plummeting, fast. She needed to know she was, why didn't she have a bit of a civil conversation with the guy, she didn't know.

Interrupting her thoughts, she heard civilian footsteps below her.

Quickly perching, she hoped that the man didn't hear her, and to her luck, he didn't.

The man seemed to be babbling to himself, complaining about the upcoming war and whatnot, she didn't really think it applied to her and was set on leaving until,

" What do you want, observer?"

The man glanced towards Kata's position in the trees, his senile eyes telling many truths and many lies.

The wrinkled man smiled, his crow nests on the sides of his eyes crinkling with the action.

Kata being alerted, failed to realized the man's harmless actions, and instead decided to sprint of out the touchy situation.

The man, confused, shrugged and thought that he should follow the mysterious woman and called out for her,

" Hey, wait up! Not everyone is as fast as you, you gotta remember the later generations!"

Due to the obnoxiously loud voice, she couldn't help but slow down and see what his gimmick was.

The man who was hopping along the tree's branched stopped a decent way ahead of her, seemingly battle-ready even with his gentle demeanor.

" Who would you be, unknown fellow?"

" Just a humble passerby, you?"

" A conceited one. Where are you headed to, if I may ask?"

" Konohagakure. It's where I pledge my allegiance to, what about you, young lady?"

" It seems to be that we are venturing the same direction, good sir. Would you mind me following you?"

"Not at all. May I ask your name?"

"Kata. Gin Kata. Yours?"

" Kosuke, though people rarely call me that, rather they call me the Eternal Genin. Let's head there now, I have a feeling something horrible is coming."

Soon, there figures dissipated in the foliage, low chatting could be heard.

Kata seemed to have the utmost luck.
