As I was rudely awakened from my slumber by a certain sun and a certain stupidly annoying alarm clock, and the next second, the memories of last night hit me like a wall. Jesus, I'm gonna kill that Lucas for leaving me here like a dumb little kitten knowing next to nothing about everything going on. Since my alarm clock was for some reason set to an earlier time than usual, I had time and I took out my laptop and started doing some research.

I typed into the Google search bar 'The Demon World' and I got different web links showing me only a small amount of information that it could also be known as 'The Underworld' or 'Hell' and sometimes the King is called 'Satan' and I found that the ranks were as Lucas had said. A link caught my eye that had a picture of the demon world in complete ruins and flames, and I clicked it. A page long article popped up with the title: 'The War of the Exiled' and I began reading it.

About 300 years ago, a new king came to the throne, and his name was Theo Hellscream. He was ruthless during his reign and looked down harshly on the lower demons and killed ANYONE who opposed him. After about a hundred and fifty years of his reign over the demon world, a large force that included many higher class demons as well started to emerge from the shadows and it was clear who they were against. Who they despised with all their being. Theo. They wanted desperately to end him and with him his ruthlessness and selfish acts as king. But still, even though most of the demon world was against him, he was also one of the most powerful demons to have ever lived, and that said a lot. He had the ability to control and manipulate the dead along with immunity to most of the different abilities of his opposition. They had an accomplice though, who also held great powers, but, if anything, he was more merciless and held more hatred and cruelty than Theo, which is most likely to be the reason why he sided with him. He was called Victor. To boost his powers even more, Theo started creating undead abominations as an army he could easily manipulate and control - they were hard to kill again too. But, the force against Theo had their own leader too, Richard Kerron.

My eyes widened at this - now I was sure that this was definitely no made up story by some bored idiot. I continued reading eagerly, slightly leaning in, even though the screen was definitely close enough.

The war started within a year of a tense build up, and the forces met head to head, with an all out war. Because Theo was too strong to kill and his weak point was unknown, they froze him in an elemental ice that basically killed him, but if the ice melted, which could only happen under special circumstances, his body would take a week or so to become completely normal like nothing had ever happened. When Richard managed to do this, Victor simply vanished without a trace to this very day, and the rest of Theo's followers and his army crumbled and fell to dust. Any that remained vanished along with Victor, and to this day, Richard remains King of the Demon World.

But, recently, there has-

I was going to read even more until a voice right next to my ear interrupted me. Of course.

"You know, you could just ask me if you want to know more." I nearly jumped out of my skin on the inside but managed to minimise my physical reaction greatly so it was only a minor jump. I glared at Lucas menacingly, how did he even get into my house, let alone my room, and the headboard of my bed, with his tail and ears out again?!

"Well, you know, I WOULD HAVE, but SOMEONE just LEFT me there, confused with a billion questions last night!!!" I growled at him, shutting my laptop loudly and getting out of bed to go and choose my outfit. He chuckled, sending my heart racing whilst he gazed at me in awe and mischief. "What?" My voice broke momentarily, betraying my mask. He stuffed his large hands into his pockets whilst gracefully jumping off my bed next to the nightstand on the soft, white carpet that was to the left of it, leaving his onyx hair slightly messier, but, I have to say - it suited him. I tried to concentrate on my array of clothes in my wardrobe, but I felt his stare burn my skin and I moaned annoyedly. "What?!" I hissed, I don't know why, but I'm kinda in a bad mood right now. Slowly, he stalked over to me, but I stood my ground with my right hand on my hip.
