Dork Diaries Nikki and Brandon's island adventure

Today i got off at school after mom sent me, and saw brandon at my locker waiting for me...but...he had a worried but excited kinda look on his face..i knew he wanted to ask or tell me something but i didn't know what it was...

I went to my locker, he backed away so i could open my locker and get books for class...and right after i closed my locker, brandon opened his mouth, right at that moment MaKenZie sashayed towards him and shouted..."brandon hon,i need yr help on my science project, do u think u can help me with that?"

"Acctually MaKenZie, I'm busy with nikki here so maybe another time...oh wait, make that NEVER."

Omg she looked like her head was going to explode...then she slamed her locker door and sashayed down the hall...

I bit my lip trying not to burst out laughing...

"U really thicked. Her. Off "

"Haha, yeah i guess i did. So anyway i wanted to ask u something...would you like to go out with me tomorrow night to go watch lady in the tramph since its your fav movie? "

My heart was pounding so loud i think brandon heard it...

But i tried to act cool about it and said all cooly...

"Yeah sure, why not? What time ?"

Pro style, but i think brandon senced it, because after that he was like...

"O...k nikki im glad youre're acting so "cool" about it cause it's kind of a date...anyway its at 7... u free then?"

I fainted right there ON.THE.SPOT

I woke up at the nurses office to see brandons face above mine as i lay on the bed...my face was as red...as the rose i grow in my room...

And i dorkily replyed him

"Sure 7's good!"

He let out a laugh and quickly covered it with a fake cough...then he said...

" ok see u then..☺"

Then he left the room and i let out a sigh the nurse said to me...

"Hes a keeper...if you get the chance to keep him...youre're a lucky young lady"

I was like..."☺"
