''I think you need serious help Troy. So, I've booked a councilor for you. You can see him two to three times a week -'' Amanada stopped her sentence as she saw the irritated look on Troy's face. ''What?'' She asked.

''I don't need help.'' Troy replied, he stood up from his chair and walked straight past Amanda, leaving the table full of food.

''And I definitely don't need a councilor Amanda.'' Troy's voice was firm, you could tell he was annoyed by what Amanda did, but she just wanted to help her husband.

''Can you just think about it for a minute? I mean, you're not exactly the normal guy at the moment and you did just come back from the war, you've gone through a-'' Amanda froze in her tracks from following Troy, as he turned around, his jaw clenching as he faced his wife.

''Don't.'' He warned with a deep voice, Amanda wasn't the type of person to go against Troy.

''Okay...'' Amanda mumbled quietly, her eyes kept low onto the ground and she didn't make eye contact with Troy, who was staring at a upset Amanda.

For a second, Amanda closed her eyes and released a breath. ''Actually.'' Amanda paused, Troy raised an eyebrow and his face was basically telling me to continue my sentence. ''I'm booking you an appointment for the councilor tomorrow. I'm calling him up right now.''

Amanda pulled out her phone, and scrolled through her contacts. Her phone was snatched out of her hand.

''Hey!'' Amanda yelled as she tried to grab her phone behind Troy's back.

He bent down to Amanda's height and had an intimidating look on his face. ''You will listen to me when I tell you to do something and right now I'm telling you to not call that fucking councilor because I don't need one. Understood?''

Amanda scoffed and turned around, she walked away and Troy followed her in curiosity, only to see her picking up the house phone and dialing a number.

After a few rings, the person answered. Amanda replaced the quiet voice with a happy and cheerful voice. ''Hi, is this Mr. Greensford? Yeah, it's me Amanda. I'm calling on behalf of my husband, I'd like to rebook Troy's appointment for to-'' Again, the phone was snatched out of Amanda's hand and the call ended.

''I told you Amanda, I don't need one. I only need you and that's it.'' Troy threw the house phone on the couch gently, and placed his hands on Amanda's cheeks.

He rubbed her cheek gently and gave her a comforting smile once he saw her eyes watery. ''I'm just worried about you Troy. You went through a lot, and I know I won't be able to help you fully.'' Her hands went to his large biceps and she placed her head on his chest, begging for his comfort.

''I know, baby girl. Don't cry.'' Troy pressed his lips against her forehead for a few seconds as he closed his eyes, taking in his crying wife.

''Instead of the councilor-'' Amanda sniffed. ''-will you at least speak to me then.''

It's hard talking to someone about something they haven't been through... Troy thought, he sighed.

''I will.'' Lie.

''Thank you Troy.'' Amanda pulled away from Troy's body and smiled happily, she was happy to hear that but deep down she knew that it was going to be a long time until the day that he opens up about how he feels.

He was taught how to be a man, don't feel any emotions and definitely don't show it.

Amanda sighed to herself, of course she knew he was lying.

"You don't have to lie, you know."

Troy muscles stilled in his body as he replaced the frown with a small smile. "I'm not lying Amanda. I would never lie to you."
