Fairy Tail Rare Pairs Week 2022

Day 5- Wish (Meredy x Lyon)

Lyon stood in front of the full-sized mirror adjusting the cape on his vampire costume. In all honesty, he had wanted to spend the night in pajamas, only giving out candy to the kids of people he knew, but Meredy had asked that he join her and Robyn for Trick-or-Treating, and he would do just about anything for that woman. Brushing off his sleeves, Lyon walked over to the couch where Robyn was sitting.

"Daddy, how much longer until mommy is done getting ready?" Robyn asked, moving out of his upside-down position.

"That is a great question and unfortunately I do not have the answer," Lyon said, ruffling up the five-year-old's hair.

"Alright, who's ready to get free candy from a bunch of strangers!" Meredy announced her arrival, causing Lyon to sigh at her very accurate but rather concerning explanation of Trick-or-Treating.

"Wow mommy you look really pretty! Look daddy, she's a, uh, what are you dressed up as mommy?" Robyn said, his facial expressions changing as quickly as Erza switches between her different armors.

"I'm a genie, sweetheart," Meredy answered, showing off her costume to her two boys.

"Is that so, well then, can I get three wishes?" Lyon asked, a smirk on his face as his eyes traveled down her body.

"Only if you're good all night," Meredy jokingly answered, flicking Lynn's nose and walking to the kitchen to grab the candy bowl.

After setting the bowl out, the family left and Robyn had an endless amount of energy. He was about to run up to another house when he saw the Fullbuster family. Lyon could feel himself losing all his energy as he realized he would have to spend several hours with Gray.

By the end of the night, Lyon just wanted to go to bed. He removed his cape and vampire teeth and flopped down on the couch. Meredy sat next to him, her hand running through his hair.

"Thanks for tonight, it made Robyn so happy," Meredy said, placing a gentle kiss on his forehead.
