(Y/N) (L/N) was your name. You were hanging out at home, watching (Favorite Show) when your alarm went off. You looked at the (F/C) iPhone 5 and your eyes widened. "FRICK!! I'M GONNA BE LATE FOR WORK!!" You yelled, running down the hallway. Your friend (or best friend, whichever works :3) Nave coughed. You poked your head into her room. "Hey *cough* (Y/N)." Nave said weakly. "Thanks for taking my shift *cough* tonight." You smiled.
A few days ago, Nave became sick. She had a fever and was coughing up a dry storm. Although she insisted on going to work tonight, you wouldn't allow it. That's why you were her best friend. You actually cared about her (unlike other so-called "friends").
Nave smiled and put a Nightwatch cap on your head. "It's the *cough cough* beginning of the week, so you ought *cough* to be fine. Call me if you need help. PG will call *cough* tonight to tell you what you need to know *cough cough*." You nodded and covered her up with a blanket. "Call me if you need anything, Nave." She smiled and nodded. "Alright." You hugged her and quickly waved goodbye.
