For the second time since I moved in with Seventeen, I'm stuck in one of their group's meetings, this time with the addition of the seven BTS members.

S.Coups and BTS's leader, RM, are standing in the center of the room while everyone else is crowded on the couch or sitting on the ground.

Once I handed Hoshi the letter, he immediately rushed to show the other tables, making everyone leave in such a rush that we left our uneaten food on the tables.

When we got back, I tried to sneak upstairs and miss the meeting. I was still shaking, and my breathing hadn't returned to normal yet. But as soon as I got out of the car, Sana put her arm around my shoulder and walked inside with me, leading me to the meeting. I know that it was her way of trying to comfort me, but unfortunately, it wasn't helping.

Thankfully she had at least led us to the farthest corner of the couch, so I wasn't surrounded by people.

"If you wish no harm come to your group, anyone allied with you, or anyone who is considered your friend to be safe, leave the Golden Rose Races. - TXT" S.Coups starts the meeting by reading the letter to everyone in the room.

Everyone stays silent, waiting for either S.Coups or RM to say something. But as RM opens his mouth to speak, someone starts to chuckle sarcastically.

"Are we really scared by that?" A voice that's starting to grow too familiar says, "We outnumber them by eight."

S.Coups sighs before talking, "You realize they aren't working alone? Right, Mingyu."

I lean over to look at Mingyu, who's about to retort what S.Coups said but is thankfully interrupted by RM.

"We're pretty sure they're working with Got7, which should, in fact, scare you," RM says in a strangely calm way that sends a shiver down my spine.

"TXT is one of the only groups who doesn't have someone on that weird list we found," S.Coups explains, "It makes sense that they would be working together, especially considering our past with Got7."

Instinctively I look to Sana, already growing used to her short explanations, but she kept looking forward, obviously immersed in the meeting.

"What are we going to do then?" Mingyu asks, a new, bitter edge to his voice. Looking over at him again, I see him begrudgingly leaning against the couch, arms crossed in front of him. It seemed like he hated being here as much as I did, maybe more so. "Obviously we're not leaving," he says as if daring someone to tell him otherwise.

"We aren't. These races are too important." S.Coups replies, "But we still need to be careful." He sends a quick glance over to me, "Especially when we have extra people with us."

I don't have to look to know that at least a few other people started watching me. Feeling their gazes, I try to move deeper into the sofa while also using Sana as a shield.

"For the qualifiers, just stay on high alert." S.Coups continues, bringing the attention back to him. "I don't think they would do anything too crazy now, but who knows."

"Are we still going to the party tonight?" Hoshi suddenly questions, clearly nervous that he would have to miss out on the event.

"Each person can decide if they want to go or not," S.Coups sighs, "I advice against it, though." He adds.

A few members start to smile, while Hoshi and Seungkwan give each other a high five.

S.Coups shakes his head disappointedly at the reactions, but he doesn't try to give any more advice.

After checking his phone, RM leans over and quietly says something to S.Coups, causing them to walk out of the room, not bothering to say anything to anyone.
