Narrator POV
8:30 pm
Pearce was on an instagram live when his roomate, Madi, was about to go to the store. He had always loved Madi but didn't wanna ruin his friendship with her. But he finally got the nerves worked up to say it to her in a subtle way. As Madi was about to exit the house, she stopped by Pearce's room, he was still on live but was about to end it. "Yo Pearce, Im headed to the store, you need anything?" she asked. "Not anything specific, just some simple snacks, the same things i always get." he responded. She responded with a nod as she walked towards him and pulled him into an embrace. During the hug Pearce thought he would say the 'L' word. "Alright Madi, Be safe, i love you." he said. Has she pulled away from the embrace, she said, "mk, love you to- WAIT WHA, sorry i mean, i love you too pearce." As she pulled him into a soft kiss on the lips. They both melted into it, and pulled away after about 5 seconds. He softly patted her arm as she exited the house. That day could never be forgotten.
