A goat lady came in to the rescue. You were thankful for that as you sighed in relief, wondering what this new monster has in store for you.

"What a terrible creature, torturing such poor, innocent youth. ."

The goat lady said. I was still shocked with what happened. I immediately reached for my backpack for the knife that I had in store.

The goat lady noticed what I was doing.

"My child, do not worry I won't hurt you."

The goat lady said, smiling. I was taken aback by her sudden kindness. 'Should I trust this goat lady?'

"I am TORIEL, caretaker of the Ruins."

The goat lady kindly introduced herself. 'Maybe there were kind monsters down here too..' you thought.

"My name is (y/n), nice to meet you Toriel."

You said, smiling at the kind monster named Toriel.

"I pass through this place to see if anyone has fallen down."

The goat lady said. Your hands were in your pockets so in case the goat lady attacks, you know what to grab.

"You are the first human to fall down here in a long time."

Toriel continued talking. 'First human?' you wondered while kicking off the dust from your pants.

"Come! I will guide you through the catacombs."

Toriel said, gesturing me to follow her which I did. You didn't have a choice so you decided to follow Toriel, somehow her aura calms you down.

"This way."

Toriel said, walking down a straight path and once again in a giant door. You followed her...

You came across a place where there is two staircases and in between the staircases is a pile of golden leaves. The walls are purple and it feels like ..home.

You saw a golden diamond shining in front of the fallen leaves curious as you are, you went to check it out.

(In case you didn't know, I'm talking about the save point and the first room in Toriel's ruins.)

* (The shadow of the ruins looms above, filling you with DETERMINATION.)

* (HP fully restored.)

A box with your information suddenly appeared right in front of you. 'Am I in a videogame or something?' you wondered as you clicked the save button.

You exited the box and climbed up the stairs to follow Toriel as she waits for you. You entered the next room with her, filling you with DETERMINATION.

"Welcome to your new home, innocent one!"

Toriel said, greeting you. Besides her were bunch of buttons and a lever.

"Allow me to educate you in the operation of the RUINS."

Toriel continued.

(A little note here.. The writings May get cheesy as you proceed why? It's literally 2:00 in the morning 💀✨)

She then walked over to the four buttons outside instead of going towards the middle buttons, she then lifted the lever and the door besides the lever opened automatically.

"The RUINS are full of puzzles."

Toriel said, standing in front of the door her back facing the opened door.

"Ancient fusions between diversions and door keys."

Honestly at this part, your mind questioned life as Toriel said that. Well, that's one of the perks of not listening at class. You were dumbfounded.

"One must solve them to move from room to room, please adjust yourself to the sight of them."

(If you're allergic to fancy words/don't understand fancy words, no worries I don't understand it too.)

Toriel proceeded to go to the next room, however you were curious to see the sign besides the door.

You approached and interacted with the sign.

* Only the fearless may proceed.
* Brave ones, foolish ones.
* Both walk not the middle road.

The sign says. You were quite fascinated about how these puzzles work. You then approached the next room...
