In the aftermath of Chrissy's death, the reader spends two weeks at home crying. A concerned Jason visits their house to see how they're doing
He gets there, and he finds the reader, regressed and in need of a hug. Though he and the reader don't get along well because of their choice in friend groups, he understands and decides to put their differences aside so they can feel better because he knows Chrissy would've wanted that.
