I was getting ready for my first day of my new high school.I washed my face,took a shower,blow dryed my hair and then started getting dressed.I put on a pair of black ripped skinny jeans,a legend of zelda sjirt,and black checkerboard converse.i then put on my black eye liner,mascara,and eye shadow.I put in my lip,belly and tongue ring and grabbed my backpack and rushed out to the bus.As i rushed out to the bus i put my hair in a long platinum blonde pony tail.I took my seat and road the bus to school and thats when i noticed him.Dark blonde hair,hazel green eyes,he was wearing a white shirt,black basketball shorts,old DC skater shoes and a black beanie.I saw him turn to me then he glanced away,nudged his friend and then looked back at me.I felt my face getting red as i felt him sit next to me."Hi,im Dalton" "hi,im Emily " "I saw you staring at me" "oh...look i-" "no im not here to say something negative,you are absolutely beautiful" "thank you" "plus your cute when you blush".I felt my face get as red as a tomato and I felt him move back to his seat,my heart was pounding in my chest.I watched as our bus pulled ino the parking lot and thr druver opened the doors,we all then filed off the bus.On the last step I slipped but someone caught me,i looked up to see Dalton holding onto me "are you okay?" he asked "yeah,thanks to you " I smiled as he got out his skateboard and skated over to his friends.I walked over to some kids i met out of school and they looked at me,i guess my face was still red because they looked over at Dalton then back at me,Adrian spoke up first "a skater?,really?" then Jaymi added "goths dont mix with skaters,you know this Emmy ".I put both of my hands up "yes okay i realize it,I will not peruse it I promise".I glanced over and caught him staring at me,those hazel eyes made my pulse quicken rapidly."They may mix with skaters at your old school but they dont here,goths dont interact with skaters" Jaymi said.I sit against the wall,watching him skate,the way his muscles moved,the way his beanie bounced as be caught air.He landed and skated,he caught my eye and lost focus and skated right into me.His body presses against mine as I was on the ground,I looked up at him and blushed "im so sorry" he said blushing slightly "its okay,you just dropped your beanie" I said as i put it back on his head.We both broke out in laughter at that moment.Staring at each other he looked down as he tucked a piece of hair behind my ear.I felt like he was going to kiss me when i heard a "uh hmmm" like a voice clearing its throat,his group of friends staring down at us.His friends helped him to his feet and he helped me to mine.His friend stares at me coldly and says to him "Dalton you know we dont mix with freaks" "she's not a frak guys,just chill,I just ran into her,thats all" "hmm...if you say so".They then walk back over,I quickly grabbed a piece of paper,a pen and wrote down my number,i tore the piece of paper and handed it to him as he was walking away "call me ".I said as i walked back over yo my friends his group stares at me.I put both middle fingers in the air and winked at him.His face flushed as he broke out laughing,his friends glared coldly as he put my number in his phone.I felt my phone vibrate as i received a text message.I read it,it said "free tonight?" to which i responded "pick me up at 8".I saw him smile big as he looked at me.My stomach got a funny and I just smiled because i knew it was butterflies.He texted back "i will pick you up then,how about a nice walk" and i replied "sounds good to me".The bell rang and I saw him walk up to me and whisper in my ear "tonight my gothic juliet we meet" and walk past me.I blushed as i walked to class,I felt like i was floating on air
