"You're not coming with us Jungkook!" Jin screamed at the maknae.

"That's not fair!" the maknae screamed back, "You can't just go to America without me!"

"We can, and we are," Yoongi said sternly as he walked past the two while he finished gathering things to load into his suitcase. The other members were also finishing packing up for their vacation to America.

A vacation that Jungkook would not be joining them on. Not after what he'd just gotten in trouble for a few days ago and had been grounded for since.

He had tried to burn the company building down. Or at least that's what his hyungs were convinced he had tried to do. Jungkook had been playing with matches when a curtain caught on fire from them. Thankfully it was under control quickly but Jungkook got a good scolding from everyone after that. He claimed it wasn't matches but candles for Yoongi's birthday cake. He had bought special candles and couldn't figure out why they weren't lighting when he decided to use matches and didn't realize afterwards that he was holding the cake too close to the curtains and the candle had caught on it. He pleaded over and over again that it was an accident and he wasn't trying to burn the building down. Yet his hyungs didn't believe him because he was always one to talk about how old and creepy the building was.

He couldn't believe they'd think so lowly of him and it made him angry. It also made him angry that now because he was grounded he wasn't being allowed to go on their vacation to America. He was to be left behind and stay in the apartment.

Jungkook stood in front of Jin teary eyed. "This isn't fair hyung! I didn't even start that fire on purpose! I shouldn't even be grounded!"

"Life isn't fair, maknae! Maybe now you'll learn not to play with matches and light our building on fire!" Jin screamed at him.

"I DIDN'T DO IT ON PURPOSE! I was lighting Yoongi's birthday candles! How many times do I have to explain this?!"

"Save it, Jungkook." Jimin's voice chimed in from down the hall. "There's nothing you can say to make us change our minds. So just drop it."

"This isn't fair!" Jungkook screamed and stormed off to his room in tears. He lay in his bed and cried into his pillow thinking about how much he hated his hyungs right now and how it would never be fair that they didn't believe him. He had only been trying to do something nice for his hyungs birthday. Accidents happen all the time.

A little while later Taehyung came knocking on his door to let him know they were all getting ready to head out. Jungkook made his way out to say goodbye to everyone. He was still extremely angry and a small part of him hoped they'd change their mind last minute and tell him to go hurry up and get packing.

But they didn't.

"We're all set to go," Namjoon told Jungkook, "Be good while we're gone and please try not to set the apartment on fire too, yeah?"

Jungkook scowled at him and crossed his arms, "Whatever."

Taehyung walked over and patted Jungkook on the head, "See ya. Sorry this sucks for you but I guess this is part of learning. We've all been in trouble before." Taehyung did feel bad but also knew Jungkook needed to be punished.

"Yeah, whatever. I'd say have fun but you know what? I hope your entire vacation is shitty!" Jungkook huffed.

Yoongi turned to Jin, "You really raised him to be a brat, didn't you?"

"Me?! You all played a part too!" Jin protested. The members all gave Jungkook a small pat on the shoulder before heading out the door. "Be good!" Hobi screamed from outside. With that, his hyungs were gone and he'd have the next week with the dorm to himself.
