Chapter 17: That's Game!

Xavier seemed to have a big smile on his face. As it was that he did in fact just seem to start to go right on ahead, all at once, at that. As he just then did in fact just seem to start to in bound the ball right on over towards me all of the sudden, at that.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to have stood there, and I had in fact just seemed to have stared for just a little bit longer. That was when I just then did in fact just seem to start to blink my eyes on over towards him. As I was almost tempted to just pass the ball right back on over towards him, at that.
As it was that I knew that he would be far better with the ball. Even if it was that I knew that I was a point guard on the team for one thing. And I knew that it was, all at the exact same time too, that I was used to running up the court with the ball, never the less.
That did not seem to matter what so ever to me how ever just now. As I felt like it was that I had in fact watched his old high light tapes. Even if it was that he had not wanted me to do as such a thing like that, never the less, all at once, at that.
As I kind of just then did in fact just seem to start to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time too. And I then did in fact just seem to start to get my mind and my focus on to the fact that it was, at that. That it was before it was that he had in fact got injured, all at the exact same time too.
As I never saw him, when ever it was that he did in fact just seem to have a ball in his hand. Do as to just what it was that I seemed to see him do on those old high light tapes, all at the exact same time too. As I kind of just seemed to let out a little bit of a rough sigh to my self, all at the exact same time as well.
As I just then did in fact just seem to start to get my mind, and my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts, all at once. As I just then did in fact just seem to start to suddenly hear his voice, at that. As it was that he seemed to be coaching me from the court this time, at that.
As I kind of just seemed to blink my eyes a few times, all at the exact same time as well, at that. As I just then did in fact just seem to start to suddenly go right on ahead. And I looked on over towards him as well. As I then did in fact just seem to start to begin to listen as to just what ever it was that he did in fact feel like he even needed to say on over towards me just now.
"Come on kid! Wake up! This is about to be an 8 second violation, take the ball up the court!" He said to me, as I saw him just seem to roll his eyes on over towards me, at that. As he then did in fact just seem to start to shake his head on over towards me, all at the exact same time too.
It was clear that it was that it just seemed to be to me. That if it was that Xavier did in fact want these guys to join the team with us. That he wanted to show off my skills, and not the skills that he did in fact possess, at that, never the less.
Which seemed to be fair enough to me, all at the exact same time too. As I knew that if it was that I was just going to let Xavier have the ball this entire time, at that. That they would just see that it was that he was good. And that not me as the team captain was in fact good, never the less.
As I kind of just seemed to start to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time as well, at that. And I just then did in fact finally begin to start to wake my self up to that, all at once. As I just then did in fact just seem to start to go right on ahead, all at once, never the less, at that.
And I then did in fact just seem to start to speak a little bit quietly to my self, as well. As I then did in fact just seem to walk up the court dribbling the ball, all at once. As I knew that it was that I needed to get this started, all at the exact same time too.
"Alright... I'll show him..." I said, as I just then did in fact just seem to start to go up to the 3 point line, all at the exact same time too, at that. As I saw that it was that Braxton was in fact all up on me, at that. As it was a little bit of a surprise to me that it was in fact the case, never the less.
As I knew that usually when it was that a kid didn't know me, all at the exact same time too, at that. That it was that I then did in fact just seem to start to see that it was, as well. That he then did in fact just seem to start to suddenly go right on ahead, at that.
And I then did in fact usually see that it was that they did in fact swag off on me, at that. Which might be good for me if it was that I was Trae Young or some thing like that. But that was simply just not the case what so ever, never the less.
As I knew that it was that I was not a shooter, at that. As I kind of just once again then did in fact just seem to start to look on over towards Xavier from the corner of my eyes, all at the exact same time too, at that. As I just then did in fact hope that it was that he would be open, or he would want the ball passed to him, at that.
But it was that he seemed to just have Steve all on top of him, all at the exact same time too. And he just seemed to be standing there content with the spot that he was in fact just now on the corner of the 3 point line. As I kind of almost expected him to just go right on ahead, at that.
And I expected him to run to the paint, and have me toss the ball to him, for an easy lay up. If not even a dunk. As I knew that it was that I had in fact seen him do as such a thing like that a few times, never the less.
As I just seemed to stand there and stare at him from the corner of his eyes for just another second. As I just then did in fact just seem to start to see that it was, all at once. That Xavier then did in fact just seem to start to nod on over towards me.
As I was a little bit lost, as to just what it was that he was even getting at, all at the exact same time too. Until I just then did in fact just seem to start to realize as to just what it was. As it was clear that he was telling me that it was that I did in fact have this. And he was expecting me to do some thing by my self in this iso, all at the exact same time too, at that.
The only problem for me was the fact that it was that Braxton was about half a foot taller than me for one thing, at that, never the less. As I kind of felt like it was that I did in fact feel a little bit intimidated by him, at that. As I felt like I could hear the voice of Brandon speaking to me, every time it was that I missed a shot with DeShawn, all at the exact same time too in 2k, at that, none the less.
"Haha, Hall of Fame intimidator badge!" He would always say, as it would always get on my nerves, all at the exact same time too, at that. As I kind of just did my best to try to get my mind, and I just then did in fact just seem to try to get my focus off of all of the rest of that other stuff, all at once.
As I knew that it was that I was in fact thinking on some useless thoughts just now, at that. As I kind of just seemed to start to get my mind, and my focus off of all of that, as well. As I then did in fact just seem to start to roll my eyes a little bit to my self, all at the exact same time too.
Which it was that I saw that Braxton did in fact just seem to start to tilt his head a little bit on over towards him self, at that. As it was clear that he was a little bit lost as to just what it was that was even going on with me just now, never the less.
That was when I just then did in fact just seem to start to feel like this was in fact my perfect chance. As to the fact that it felt like now was in fact my time to make a move, all at the exact same time too, at that. As I just then did in fact just seem to start to continue to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time as well.
And I then did in fact just seem to start to continue breathe in a little bit of a soft sigh to my self. As the thoughts of Brandon saying what it was that he always said to me, seem to replay through my mind. As I just then did in fact just seem to start to speak a little bit quiet to my self, under my breathe, all at the exact same time too.
"Yeah... I'll show you..." I said to my self, as I was not all too sure as to just who it was that I was even talking to just now, at that. If it was that I was not going to lie to my self either, once again. As I just then did in fact just seem to start to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time as well, once again.
And I then did in fact just seem to start to make my move as to just what it was that I did in fact feel like I wanted to do just now, at that. As I just then did in fact just seem to start to move a little bit to the side, still dribbling the ball in my hands as it was that I did in fact just seem to do as such a thing like that, none the less.
As I just then did in fact just seem to start to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time as well, never the less, all at once. And I then did in fact just seem to start to suddenly just begin to start to make my move. As I just then did in fact see that Braxton followed my very slowly to the edge, all at once, all at the exact same time too.
As I just then decided that now was the time to do what it was that I was about to do, at that. As it was clear to me that he was in fact expecting me to move very slow through this entire play, all at once, at that. Or at least so that it was that I then did in fact just seem to think, all at once, at that.
As I kind of just seemed to stand there, and I kind of just seemed to stare for just a few more seconds of some time, at that. As I just then did in fact just seem to start to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time too. And I quickly then did in fact just seem to start to run right around him, all at the exact same time too.
As at first, I felt like it was that I had got him lost in the sauce, all at the exact same time too, at that. As it was that I seemed to blow right by him, all at the exact same time too. As it was that I was ready to sink an easy lay up, all at the exact same time too, at that.
How ever, as it was that I was about to put the ball up, all at the exact same time too. To do as such a thing like that of course, once again. That was when I just then did in fact just seem to start to realize that it was that.
I did not have the ball in my hands, all at the exact same time too, all at once, at that. As I was a little bit lost for just a second or so, all at the exact same time as well, at that. That was of course until it was that I just then did in fact just seem to start to suddenly begin to realize that it was.
As I could hear the dribbling of the ball on concrete, all at the exact same time too. That Braxton had in fact snatched the ball out of my hand. As it was clear that it was that I had not paid any sort of attention to that what so ever, all at the exact same time too, at that.
As I kind of just then did in fact just seem to stand there and stare with my eyes wide for just a few seconds of some time, all at once, at that, never the less, once again. As I just then did in fact just seem to start to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time too, at that. And I then did in fact just seem to start to curse to my self a little bit under my breathe, at that. Which I knew that it was that my mother did in fact hate when it was that I did in fact do as such a thing like that. But I frankly did not care at all what so ever right now, never the less. As I knew that my mother was not here with me at all just now.
"Damn it Trevor!" I said to my self, all at the exact same time too, all at once, at that. As it was that I knew that it was that Xavier had told me that when it was that I had in fact made a mistake, all at the exact same time too. That it was that I should try to hustle to fix the mistake that it was that I had in fact made, never the less.
How ever, this mistake that it was that I had in fact made this time. It was clear that this was irreversible, all at the exact same time too. As by the time that it was that I noticed that I no longer had the ball. That was when I saw that it was that he was already at the 3 point line, and running at full speed for an easy lay up, at that.
As I kind of just seemed to stand there with my head down, as I saw that it was that Braxton then did in fact just seem to start to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time too. And he then did in fact just seem to start to sink the easy lay up that he did in fact have, all at the exact same time too, at that. As it was that I then did in fact just seem to start to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time as well.
And I then did in fact just seem to start to suddenly get my mind and my focus on the fact that it was. That Braxton after sinking the easy lay up that he had, all at the exact same time too, all at once, at that. Then did in fact just seem to turn his head around with his eyes wide, at that. As he did in fact have the ball in his hands, all at the exact same time too, at that.
As it was clear to me that it was that he was in fact a little bit lost as to just why it was that neither me or Xavier had tried to chase him. As I saw that it was that Xavier just seemed to be stuck in the exact same place. That it was that I had in fact just seemed to have seen him standing at just a few moments before now.
I was a little bit annoyed as to the fact as to just what it was that Xavier was in fact even doing just now. If it was that I was not going to lie to my self either, at that. As I felt like Xavier was in fact not seeming to take this serious at all, what so ever. Which kind of did in fact upset me, all at the exact same time too, never the less.
As I just then did in fact just seem to start to go right on ahead, all at the exact same time as well. And I then did in fact just seem to suddenly hear the voice of Braxton, as he then did in fact walk up the court with the ball in his hands, at that. As he just then did in fact just seem to start to speak on over towards the both of us, at that.
As it was that he had in fact just seemed to have began to have done as such a thing like that, all at the exact same time too. That was when I just then did in fact just seem to start to go right on ahead, at that. And I then did in fact just seem to start to listen as to just what ever it was that Braxton did in fact feel like he even needed to say on over towards me, at that.
"That's 1-0 us! Damn... You must not want us to join the team then, huh?" He said, as it was that he was clearly talking about the fact as to just how it was that neither one of us had tried to chase him down with the ball, all at the exact same time too.
Which kind of made me dip my head a little bit low to the ground, all at the exact same time too. Just as soon as it was that the guy had in fact just said as to just what it was that he had even said to me, at that. As I felt like it was a little bit hard for the guy to take us serious right now, at that.
If it was that it seemed like we were not taking this serious all, all at the exact same time as well. As I just then did in fact just seem to start to go right on ahead, at that. And I then did in fact just seem to start to get my mind, and my focus off of all of the rest of those other thoughts that I had in fact even been thinking on long before now, never the less.
I kind of just seemed to stand there and stare for just a little bit more time, all at the exact same time too. As in the end, I just then did in fact just seem to start to see that it was. That Braxton then did in fact just seem to start to walk past me, all at once, at that.
As he just then did in fact just seem to start to toss the ball on over towards me, at that. As I saw that it was that he then did in fact just seem to start to squint his eyes on over towards me, at that. As it was clear to me that he wanted me to take this serious, all at once, at that.
