[ Lincoln Heights; Physical Class ]
"Everyone gather up and form a circle!", shouted Mr. Rock, one of the physical teachers.
"This is Rebecca Thorn, she just transferred from another school. Everyone ... Be Humble.", said Mr. Rock, warning his students based on their behave.
*whistle being heard from the circle*
"Are you a VIRGIN ?!!", one of the boys shouted loudly to Rebecca.
Mr. Rock shouted back, "Hey! Watch your language there or the office."
Everyone laughed.
[ In the Women's Locker Room ]
"Hi. I'm Teresa. This is Bailey and Lucy." Greeted Teresa.
"Rebecca", answered Rebecca.
"We wanted to make friends with you, you seems to be like us", said Bailey to Rebecca.
"Like US?", asked Rebecca, feeling a bit confused.
"What Bailey meant is that, you seems like a chill person and would definitely make a good friend of us", answered Teresa.
Rebecca feeling confused still but answered back to Teresa, "Of course. Plus, I don't even know anyone here at this school too so, why not?."
All of them smiled at each other.
[ Rebecca's Home ]
"Good Evening Sweetie. How's your new school like?" Asked Rebecca's Mom.
Rebecca walked passed the kitchen up to her bedroom, "It was alright. Made some new friends though."
Later that night, Rebecca was on her phone and FaceTiming with Bailey them, chit chatting and laughing altogether.
"That was hilarious Lucy", Bailey laughed.
"Okay Okay. Enough with the joke. Let's talk something ... serious, intriguing and... interesting" said Teresa to everyone.
"Topic?" asked Bailey.
Everyone was thinking of a topic to discuss about that would be interesting.
"Love." said Teresa.
Everyone froze.
"What.... Enough with the silence. Let's talk." said Teresa again, looking at everyone.
Everyone preparing for the Love topic to be discuss, just staring and waiting.
"Have you all ever fell in love at first sight before?" asked Teresa, starting the topic first.
Lucy answered with no doubt, "Nope. Never".
"I have once before, not gonna lied though, it really sucks", said Bailey, with a sore voice of its past.
"Mind if I asked .. what happened ?" asked Rebecca.
Bailey sadden.
"He just .. no mutual feelings I would say for the main case of it", said Bailey.
"No mutual feelings? What was it?" Rebecca wondered.
"It turned out that I was the only one that was feeling the love, not him. We did everything, literally every-thing together and he said that it was only me ?!" said Bailey, with a sadden voice.
Teresa interrupting the conversation between Bailey and Rebecca, "Me and Lucy we did told you to stop but you wouldn't listen at all."
"We've tried but it looks like she was falling it too deep so ... we let go", said Lucy, continuing from Teresa's words.
Bailey pouted, "You and Lucy should've done something.."
"Like what ? We've tried but you would not listen so what can we even do? Nothing." stated Teresa.
Bailey pouted again.
"Was just stating the FACTS only," said Teresa.
Lucy interrupted, "This is getting too off topic girls. New topic!".
"Rebecca," called Teresa, looking at Rebecca.
"What about you, Rebecca?," asked Teresa.
Rebecca confused, "What about me?".
"Have you ever been in love before ?" asked Teresa.
"Never before", answered Rebecca.
"Shut.Up", said Teresa, with a shock face.
Lucy suddenly asked, "How come?".
"No reason. I guessed fate hasn't come to me yet", answered Rebecca.
Everyone is in the state of shocking and doesn't know what to say at all.
"I meant was that, uhm I just have issues trusting in men. That's all", Rebecca said again, fixing the moment right now.
Lucy asked again, "And why is that?".
Rebecca sighed. "Men can sometimes be very dangerous too—not, in a bad way though but I'm pretty sure you girls know what I'm talking about here. Men can be too flirty to the point where you will feel special or maybe I should put it this way instead; you feel as if you are special to him. It's painful being in love."
"Seems to me you have experienced it before to know that much of informations", Bailey added on.
"I have not yet. Though, I am a person who falls for someone right on it easily", Rebecca answered again.
"Now that's even more suck-er", said Bailey, sucking on a lolli-pop.
Teresa carefully asked Rebecca, "What if the person you're in love with, does something wrong to you, would you forgive him?".
Both Bailey and Lucy waiting on Rebecca's answer to Teresa's question.
Rebecca carefully answered with no doubt to even think at all. "Once a person does a wrong move, there's no going back."
"By that, you mean ... ", Lucy asked confusedly.
"Once I hate a person, it's a permanently permanent from me", said Rebecca.
"You sure is a scary person you yourself too", Bailey states based on what she heard just now.
"But why'd you asked though?" Rebecca asking Teresa.
"Nothing. Just another topic I wanted to discuss about", said Teresa.
Rebecca looking at the time and noticed that it is pretty late now. "I'm gonna head out now. Have a goodnight ! Thanks for tonight though".
Everyone said goodnight and ended the FaceTime. While in bed, Rebecca was wondering why did Teresa suddenly mentioned about that to her. She was confused but didn't really think into it much and went off to bed.
[ The next day; Lincoln Heights ]
"Rebecca Thorn, right?" Said a soft-voiced from behind.
"Yeah, and who are you?" asked Rebecca to the stranger.
The stranger suddenly fixes himself up and greeted her again, "Hi. I'm Tris Tartan. Uh, one of Teresa's friends ... Was just wanting to greet you since we're ... friends - ish, eh ... "
"O-kay ... " answered Rebecca.
Tris doesn't know what to answered back but just scratches his head as if it's signaling for help or something. Rebecca looking around cautiously and then right back at Tris.
"Is that all?".
"For now ..." answered back Tris.
Rebecca noticed something was kind off about Tris but doesn't seem to care much about it so she went off, leaving Tris in by the hallway.
"Rebecca", Tris called out.
Rebecca stopped and turns around, looking at Tris confused of why did he called her name out for. On the other side, Tris, who seemed to have a big smile on his face, suddenly said this to himself.
"RE.BEC.CA ... Rebecca it is"
